Absolutely amazing place to get treatment. I recommend these people to anybody in the treasure Valley. Brooke Is the easiest to work with and genuinely good at her job! I will keep coming back here for years to come.

The Nurse practitioner I seen 2 years ago was so rude during my new patient appointment I never returned. Highly recommend not to use Carol Crisp.

Mom n I enjoy coming to Family Health Care. We always get a friendly greeting and efficient service starting at the front desk with Brook. Love ❤️ her to pieces. Doctors are excellent too.

MA & Nursing Student were amazing, but there was complete unprofessionalism from NP including inappropriate comments from NP during and after Pap Smear along with patient stereotyping. Did not respect my bodily autonomy as a woman, and did not listen to what I was saying regarding past procedures. I will not return to this location.

Admittedly I was nearly 10 minutes late for an appointment. But KAREN at the front desk couldn’t wait to inform me I would not be seen. She then explained office policy was 10 minutes late and you have to reschedule. Ok, technically I had 1 minute if you’re going to have this policy at least abide by it. She wasn’t having it. She could she the severity and reason for my visit as I explained I could barely walk as for the reason I was late. She was rude unprofessional and was loud enough for someone in the waiting room to laugh. This is not the kind of business I’ll be going back to ever again.

Dorothy mosher is the worst doctor i have ever met. Spoke about and made fun of me and my questions about my condition in front of the waiting room for everyone to hear. She shamed me for not coming to the doctor sooner and my response was i wasnt going to keep going to the doctor to get no answers about my medical condition which resulted in her telling me "you do realize doctors appointment cost money" then Proceeded to ask if i was going to be paying for my appointment. Do not go to this office! The receptionists from the boise location as well as meridian say she is known for bad behavior as well as unprofessional behavior and refuse to do anything about her.

Over the several years I’ve been going here the doctors, PA’s, and staff have consistently been changing. The quality of the experience and the health care has drastically decreased as a result. Would not recommend if you want to have a relationship with your health care professional.
