I switched to Dr. Eva after a couple of years with a GP who was just a bad fit. I am sooo happy I did! Eva is kind, thorough, non-judgmental, and very passionate about what she does—it really comes across in the way she speaks to her patients. And of course, little Hazel in the office is a great way to make any doctor’s visit more enjoyable 💗

The staff is very warm and welcoming from the time you arrive for your visit. The rooms do not feel like your typical medical office, they are inviting and warmly decorated. The staff is professional and nonjudgmental about concerns being seen for. The location is conveniently located which makes going to the office great!

Eva and her team are simply amazing! Unfortunately, I have had to seek other PCP’s because mine, that I had for 10 years, was taking on too many new patients and simply didn’t have the time to care for me as a PCP should. Thankfully Eva came highly recommended and was gracious enough to get me in and got the ball rolling immediately! She met with me for at least 45 minutes. I told her my questions and concerns and she just nailed it! Kind, funny, supportive and I can tell that she truly has a passion for her career and her patients. Even being new! I’m so thankful and look forward to our journey! And by the way her little dog, Hazel, is an added bonus!

I love Hazel Healthcare! I feel like Eva specifically really listens and gives you options. Everyone is so nice and bright. Everyone is like a family! The CEO Hazel is definitely the best part though! She is the star of the show! Overall a 10/10!
