I work at a provider's office locally in the Treasure Valley. We had sent a patient to complete labs with Heart 2 Heal. The patient later called me to inform me that the upon arriving with three different lab slips from three different providers, there was some tests that were duplicates and unnecessary. The staff treated this patient very well, went above and beyond to fix the lab slip as to mitigate any duplicate tests. This patient was beyond relieved and grateful for the service provided. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the team at Heart 2 Heal for going above & beyond. It's people like you that we could all be inspired to be. -Amanda

This is a great clinic. I spoke with my provider over the computer through Heart 2 Heal’s telehealth link. My provider was responsive to my questions and gave me the information that I needed in order to make an informed decision. I am grateful that this organization exists. It gives me the confidence to choose healthcare that is right for me.

Heart to Heal is the place to receive compassionate medical care with highly trained doctor, nurses and support staff. You are never hurried through an appointment nor are you inundated with the idea of adding prescriptions as a first line defense but rather you are given a well athought out plan for your health. Ideas are discussed and your questions are addressed as well. As patient with H2H (Heart to Heal) for nearly 2 years, I have been pleased with my care. The patient portal is an effective tool for health care at H2H as well. I have emailed questions here and have them promptly addressed. I highly recommend Heart to Heal for your Primary Care.
