Chronic kidney problems my entire life. First we wait 40 minutes past appointment time for her to storm in tell me my referring provider who claims I had a blockage in kidney after ordering ultrasound was wrong, non of my underlying symptoms of side pain, nausea, bp problems, water retention, lack of need to urinate has anything to do with my kidneys and is obviously something I’m doing. Then lectures me on the results of five year old scans that show extensive damage that we’ve known about since I was a small child. Anytime the fact that I’ve had kidney issues my whole life was brought up, or issues I’ve had in the past they were dismissed like we were lying. All I was told was to watch and if the symptoms (visible blood in urine) comes back call and they may order tests. Yeah no I won’t be back

Dr Kuo is the best. Dr. Kuo’s office is the best. There is a professional and upbeat vibe at their office that I appreciate. Jess, who works with Dr. Kuo, is amazing, too. Five stars.

Dr. Kuo is very patient and thorough. Dr. Kuo is very capable and answered every one of our questions. Surgery went good, follow up visits went well. In fact she diagnosed another issue unrelated to my issue. Maybe saved my life. She seems to be kind too. I would highly recommend Dr. Kuo.

The staff is very efficient. The office is very clean. Helen was very knowledgable, friendly, and I felt comfortable being around her. She spent time with me and did not make me feel rushed. She was thorough about what the plan of action should be for my treatment. I would highly recommend her.
