I walked into Initial Point Family Clinic expecting the usual sterile doctor visit, but Dr. Katie had me laughing within the first two minutes! She's got that perfect mix of 'I know exactly what I'm doing' expertise and 'let's make this fun' energy. Whether you're there for a regular check-up, a DOT physical for your CDL, or you're looking into GLP-1s, Dr. Katie and the team have you covered. Bonus: they offer affordable cash options on their GLP-1s that actually make sense for regular folks. She knows her stuff inside and out, but she also treats you like a human instead of just another chart. Quick, thorough, and surprisingly enjoyable every time.

I am new to Idaho and new to this practice, but I was blown away by how kind and accommodating everyone here is at Initial Point Family medicine. When I call, Ali always greets me warmly and gets me seen by Dr. Katie . I feel seen and heard by the providers here. This is the best healthcare experience I have ever had .

Janae, was wonderful. Very professional, caring, and clearly knows her stuff. The MA rooming me was great and super friendly. Unfortunately, Ari at the front desk was the opposite. She came across as rude and full of herself, and her attitude made the check-out experience uncomfortable. She also spoke openly about other patients while people were waiting, which was unprofessional and concerning. In addition, her hygiene could use some attention - not something you want to notice in a medical setting. Overall, I still give four stars because of the care I received and the other staff.

I called at 10 am and was able to be seen at 1130. I have been with this practice forever and the entire staff are great. From the front desk staff to all of the providers. The office is clean and comfortable and you can even pet the office dogs. If you are looking for wholistic care for the whole family check them out.

They are amazing. I ended up stuck in traffic due to an accident walking most of the freeway. I called and let them know that I was going to be late. They worked with me and we’re still willing to see me. THANK YOU JANAE!!!!
