We are from out of town and my daughter fell and hit her face on a parked truck and chipped two teeth and ripped her lips bad. They got us in right away and were SO gentle and calm with her (and me). We saw them for check ups after and every time Dr. Tyler and his team were amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I’ve been a patient at Jarvis Dental for over 10 years and recently returned after being away at college. It was great to come back and see that it’s still the same friendly, welcoming, and fun environment I’ve always appreciated. The staff is fantastic, and I especially enjoy seeing the hygienists and Dr. C. They always make visits comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Jarvis Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a great patient experience!

I could not say enough nice things about this practice. I have been treated by both Dr. Kyle and Dr. Colleen and they are both excellent dentists. Fantastic bedside manner and very good skills. My hygienist, Carmen is the reason I keep coming back. She knows how to work with an anxious patient like me. After years of being very afraid of dentists and avoiding dental work, Carmen has proven that there are great dental practices out there that truly care about the patient’s comfort! I have had several fillings done in the past 4 years and the results have been great. The only downside of this practice is that they book a little far out for procedures because they’re so popular (for good reason!). If you’re putting off seeing someone, DON’T! This is the perfect practice for you!

When we first started visiting the office about 3-4 years ago the office was great! We have had ups and downs, but lately its a consistent downtrend. Front office staff has left A LOT to be desired the last 2 years. During my last filling one of the metal attachments literally fell into my mouth, which was apparently worth giggling over? I can appreciate requesting 48 hour notice to canceling or a fee being charged- but maybe sending reminders more than 24 hours out from the appointment would be wise. Don't even get me started on the chaos with their billing & insurance.

Please note, Dr. Jarvis and the medical team have been wonderful to work with over the past few years. My comments below are directed to the front office and the need for improvement when working with patients. I am writing as the medical and financial POA for my mother. We have appreciated aspects of the clinical care in the past. However, during a recent visit, I had concerns regarding communication and treatment planning. We were advised that my mother would need multiple root canals, which would be performed offsite by a third-party specialist, with crowns completed afterward by Dr. Jarvis. When I asked whether alternative options — such as extraction with a bridge — might be more appropriate given the condition and mobility of the teeth, I was told that “no matter what we do, it will cost about the same ($10,000).” This explanation felt overly generalized and did not provide a clear breakdown of treatment rationale or cost differences between options. For families caring for elderly parents, especially when significant financial decisions are involved, transparent communication is essential. Asking thoughtful questions on behalf of a vulnerable parent should feel collaborative — not uncomfortable. For these reasons, we chose to seek a second opinion to ensure we were making the most appropriate decision for her health and long-term stability. My intention in sharing this feedback is to encourage clearer cost breakdowns and more patient-centered communication for families navigating complex treatment plans.
