List of Kimberly Ferguison's Reviews
If I could give zero stars I would. My stepdaughters physician is Dr Ferguison. I have 4 children and have been to dr visits more times then I can count. This one in particular was the worst most humiliating experience I have ever had. She shamed me and my daughter out right for multiple things, was cranky, short and cut me off almost every time I spoke and wouldn’t look at me when I talked to her. I’ve never wanted to get out of an office so quickly in my life. With that being said, I’ll have our medical files transferred to another pediatric dr first thing in the morning.
She is the best doctor ever. I trust her. She knows what she is doing and very professional.
We have seen Dr. Ferguison for over 10 years and we love her! She has been patient with all of my questions. She explains to me and my daughters what she is doing and what she is looking for when she does her well child visits. When it was time for the HPV I declined. It was too new in my opinion and I wanted time to research. following year I declined again. 3rd year she talked to me as a mom and ...
We saw her just a couple times for well child check up it is supposed to be covered under our insurance. However, after our visit I received a bill for $164 for an office visit. Apparently for actually talking to the Dr. you will be billed as a separate office visit. A standard question during the well child check up is how is the child doing, any areas of concerns, anything new since their last visit? I simply mentioned that she had experienced a few migraines in the last year, but I wasn't too concerned since she is pre-pubescent, and I get a few migraines a year, and so does her grandfather. They were not frequent or severe, and didn't follow any triggers or patterns. No big deal. That was it. I tried to dispute the charge, but it was overruled. I wish she had just said, "if you want to talk about this you need to book another appointment." I can weigh, and measure my child myself - apparently that is all they will do at a wellchild visit. Stay away, they don't care about good care.
We've been seeing Dr. Ferguison for over 10 years. She spent time understanding my kids' health concerns, and helped us to identify some easy-to-miss and sometimes hard-to-diagnose health issues, such as my son's eosinophilic esophagitis, and my daughter's celiac disease. She listens to concerns and is willing to do what it takes to get the answers.
She has been my children’s doctor for almost 5 years, she’s awesome!
Dr. Ferguison is awesome with kids with special needs. We love her!
Dr Ferguison has Been our pediatrician for 4 years after Dr Welch moved. She’s wonderful and very professional.
Dr. Ferguson has always been the best first for our 3 kids. Luckily she caught the cancer filled kidney in our son quickly when he was a baby, we might not be so lucky to still have him with us 8 years later!
Horribly rude Doctor. We had some administrative issues and she chose to interject herself into the issue instead of allowing us to speak witb the Office Manager, so we left. They tried to throw our previous Doctor under the bus instead of taking accountablity for not having what was needed for our Son's appointment. They co hid have called us to reschedule or to contact or previous Doctor, but instead they made the choice to have us come in for nothing. Pay attention to her low score!!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
