Great office overall, but one of the medical assistants with the tats has been consistently difficult to interact with. During my last visit she snapped at me, which felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. It really affects the experience. I’d gladly give 5 stars if those interactions improved.

Our son had been here a couple times, on April 22 the staff forced our son who is 3 to wear a mask, of course he refused because he is 3 and made my wife wear a mask too. Covid is over you guys, stop living in fear and force people into wearing a face diaper. In addition my wife brought my mother with her to help with our second child while in the office, but the staff would not allow her and she had to stay in the car while the appointment took place. The state passed Medical Freedom Act and this place is violating this by forcing my wife to wear a mask and not allow my mom to enter. Will never come back here. We will be taking our care elsewhere. Adding to the review, so if you require masks why are Grandparents unable to go in for the visits? If the masks work so well...also we had our almost 1 year old who was terrified of seeing her mom in a mask. We were in maybe 2 months ago with similar symptoms and no mask was required then so I guess it just depends on staff members level of mask policing.

I’ve been coming to Janelle and the team at Meridian Family medicine for over two years and, without exception, they are the absolute best! The front office staff, medical assistants and providers are all friendly and provide first-class service and guidance. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience with Meridian Family Medicine. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. The providers take the time to listen and genuinely care about their patients. Appointments are smooth, and I never feel rushed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable primary care clinic.

Best family practice in my opinion!! The staff are always great in the front desk and also medical assistance are lovely as well. Dr. Thomas is amazing. She memorized all of my kids names and I have SIX. She Always ask about the other kids when I have an appointment for only one of the kids . Very caring overall 100 out of 10 would recommend
