Sara has earned my trust and confidence. By far the best primary care provider I've ever had.

They falsified documents trying to cover up a bill they created for a time I never went there. $153 for never going in and now won’t drop late fees for the same imaginary bill. Just don’t want anyone going through this with them. So I’m speaking up.

Morgan Family Medicine is a total scam. They send random bills for no reason. I just got one for $153.23, and I haven’t even seen them in over nine months. When I called, Sydney at the front desk wouldn’t tell me what the charge was for—she just said to call their billing company and then hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and shady.

I have been seeing Mary for a few years now and quite pleased with the level of care and concern she gives me. I feel like she listens and she gets me! So thankful for such a great provider!!

I was a new patient. I scheduled online and filled out pages and pages of questionnaires and history only to arrive and they try to have me do it all again. I said thought I did that already and suddenly they find the completed forms. When they finally take me back, everyone is in such a rush they are taking all my vitals and etc in a whirlwind. I get sat in a room and I hear the nurses in the hallway talking about me and questioning my appointment, and just now looking at my history. I thought a smaller practice would have more time to get to know me.

Not impressed at all. They never return phone calls or respond to messages in their portal. I sent a message over 3 weeks ago and still ave not heard back. Level of care and concern here are EXTREMELY low. I am considering looking for a new provider... I suggest you do the same! I had to do a drug test for a medicine that I take and the provider kept telling me I had to pass in order to take it. I told her ok great. She continued to insinuate that I used weed (which i dont) and informed me that I would have to pass that too. Not feeling very trusted there.

Chandra King has been the first provider I have had since becoming an adult to make me feel like my life and wellbeing MATTERS. In just a short time of being her patient, she has completely turned my life around 180 degrees, and for the first time in over 10 years I’m finally starting to feel HAPPY and JOY in my life again… Chandra saved me and I could never recommend her enough to absolutely EVERYONE I speak to about healthcare. This office is full of pure angels in disguise and anyone who is a patient here is so incredibly lucky to have such caring hands on care ❤️

Best experience at a clinic I've had. The staff are all wonderful. Sara has been so helpful and kind every time I've met with her either in clinic or via telehealth. Sara has provided me with excellent care and it is clear her patients' health is always her first priority. She, and the rest of the staff, are thorough and quick to respond to my questions and needs. I am well cared for here.

I went here for the first time last August. As expected, the main doctor is not available. I saw Kathe Coute. She is crude and loud and offensive. I never went back. I am not use to being screamed at and not being able to finish a sentence. I sat in the car in their parking lot and sobbed. I had PTSD it was so horrible. They office manager did call to ask me why I am not coming back saying, 'if we don't know, we can't fix it'. But nothing has changed. I would move out of state before going here again. UPDATE: The office manager DID call me and I shared this all with her. I guess she forgot to make a note in my chart. Ironic.

I have been coming to Morgan Family Medince for years. I've had good and bad experiences, but what gets me lately is the atmosphere and the way they treat their patients. The front desk is not quite nice, and when you have the slightest problem, they aren't very understanding. Please train all staff to be more compassionate.
