All of the employees are so kind and instructive. I've never broken a bracket or discovered a cavity while I've been a patient there. My treatment has been fast and steady, and I am on schedule to get my braces off several months early! The patients also get to participate in fun contests, and earn prizes from a point system that encourages them to take better care of their dental hygiene.

I want to share my experience with BridgeTower. I had recently moved to the area and I was looking into transferring my care so I wouldn't have to make the 3 hour drive to my hometown to finish out my treatment. I stumbled upon BridgeTower and read all the great reviews and decided to give them a try. At the time I had a few months left in my treatment. They agreed to take over and finish out my treatment. The environment was great everyone there was very nice and looked like they knew what they were doing. Fast forward the day of my removal came up and I was called back within minutes of checking in. The dental assistant that was taking my braces off was a younger gal. She had my permanent retainer bonded within minutes it felt like. I thought to myself that was quick. Mind you this was my second time in braces. The last time that I had braces removed was nothing like this time. The last time the dental assistant took her time made sure everything was done so gently and used the drill at a speed that seemed right. Well not this time. She moved so fast everything felt so rushed and the way she was using the drill didn't seem right. I thought all the sensitivity was due to the fact that I was 6 months pregnant and you know during pregnancy everything is just so much more sensitive. I finally got around to see my dentist after having my baby and they definitely confirmed everything I was feeling. The sensitivity was not due to my pregnancy. I came to find out that the teeth I have been having problems with had been over shaved during the removal of the cement from my brackets. The dentist confirmed that a big chunk of my enamel had been removed from all the sensitive teeth. He explained to me that one of the molars I had pointed out had a big chunk of the tooth missing. Which explains why the shape of it is way off and to top it off a big chunk of the cement is still on two of them. She completely drilled in the wrong area on the two molars where the cement is still intact. I usually don't take the time to write reviews on places but I feel like due to the amount of damage I now have to go in and repair this was worth talking about. I hope that the next person this happens to isn't too embarrassed to speak up and will speak up as it is happening to them. My biggest mistake was blaming the sensitivity and pain on my pregnancy, along with being to embarrassed to say anything at the time. I would of loved to like this place as much as everyone else does but the careless way this particular dental assistant moved was not it for me and I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

We’ve used Dr Payne & Dr Curtis for two of our kids. We have been so happy with our experience! The staff are so friendly and responsive to all of our questions and needs. The office is professional with an energetic vibe- makes coming to Bridgetower SO fun! We know we are in good hands!

This is a amazing place. I got my braces and herbts appliance here and they did excellent well doing it they were also really kind and the lady that did my braces made me feel better about getting braces with her kind and positive energy.
