I have been going here for over a year and have been so impressed with the level of care provided by NP Michelle Miles. She is attentive, informative, and spends as much time as needed to make sure I understand. I have appreciated the professionalism of the facility and especially of Michelle. We have had to do some problem-solving to work through some of my issues, and she has been so good about it. And I am on the right track now and that feels great!

The receptionist was so helpful and kind, Dr Ludwig is very professional and easy to talk to. i highly recommend this place feels like they care.

My husband and I have gone to this practice in Meridian for quite awhile. I would give them 10 STARS ~ We have had nothing but the BEST of care from NP Scott Willobye who we have always seen as our ‘DR’ ~ I don’t think you can do any better. His assistants are extremely nice and handle anything we need in a timely matter. ‘Dr’ Scott is very knowledgeable and ALWAYS takes his time with us. WE highly recommend this practice. AND ALSO the front desk is awesome as well👍 10 ⭐️’s not 5. ☺️ ☺️

Facility is alright, but something really needs to be done about the old lady at the front desk. Not only was she rude to me, but she was rude to anyone that walked in. Poor customer service skills.

Doctors Moorhouse and Doctor Ludwig, together with their support teams provide amazing compassionate care to their patients. They truly care and are in practice for all the right reasons. They have huge hearts which help put everyone at ease. They've also been renowned certified medical directors at a number of nursing homes throughout the Treasure Valley for over 2 decades. Many lives have been blessed by their efforts.

Awful service I dropped off a note to be signed and was told it would be signed and to come back tomorrow to pick it up. I showed up the next day and when I asked the same people about the note they looked at me like I was crazy. I then reminded them and after a little bit of talking they said oh he must've been busy and the note wasn't signed and that'd they'd call me when it was. It's now been a whole week I just called to check if it had been signed and it still hasn't they said they'd call back in a couple days to let me know if it was signed. I won't be getting my hopes up.

Dr. Ludwig has been the primary care physician for my family. He is always available to set up appointments, the staff is extremely friendly, and often going above and beyond like refilling prescriptions for me when my endocrinologist is very late on them. This is a super reliable doctor's office and they always ask about my family which makes me know they care. Super lucky to have them in the Treasure Valley.
