All was very good 👍 Thank you . They know how to listen to me and I love that . I know they want a good quality of life and health for me . I’ll take on mind and work hard following the Doctor’s instructions. 💫
Do not check in online! After making my appointment a year prior and rescheduling my work day to take my children to their wellness visit, I arrived to a very busy office 'on time' and decided to check in online. As soon as I finished '5-7' minutes later, I went into the office and stood behind other patients while waiting for one of the admin to become available. Once I was summoned forward the staff questioned my appointment followed by telling me that my appointment had been canceled. They shared that they have a strict policy and cancel appointments if you're not checked in within 10 minutes of your appointment time. It's also ironic that two appointments would be canceled. It didn't matter that I had checked in online nor that I had to wait several minutes for a desk to open up while they were busy with others (all four desks filled as well as a line to the door). We were canceled and told that the online check in doesn't check you in, then asked if we'd like to reschedule. Absolutely not. I cannot believe that there was no consideration to the impact in time by making us wait in line. If the online check in doesn't check the patient in then it shouldn't be labeled as such. We're moving on to find an office that respects their patients time as much as they do their own. Shame on this office for treating people as if their time means nothing and for falsifying the online check in process. With all the technology these days, they could easily see that we were checked in.
Waiting for over a hour to get called in from the waiting area and then another hour in the room. It wasn't even busy. I think they forgot they had a patient in here.
I'm very disappointed with the care I received. The provider documented a full head-to-toe physical exam in my chart, but no such assessment was performed during my visit -- they didn't even bring a stethoscope into the room. I later saw that my insurance was billed for services that didn't occur. This happened twice, a few days apart. Again, no physical assessment of any kind. I urge anyone who's been treated here to carefully review their medical records and billing statements. If others have had similar experiences, I'd be interested in connecting.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hudon's for four years. In that time, I can say - without equivocation - that Dr. Hudon's care, compassion, and knowledge have been second to none. I have had health issues my entire life and have relocated several times due to school, work, family, etc. As such, I've had multiple primary care doctors and specialists throughout my life. Dr. Hudon has been second to none in multiple ways. Some doctors have simply seen me, prescribed some sort of medication and sent me on my way. If you are looking for a doctor that will simply write a prescription for you and send you on your way - this is not the doctor for you. Dr. Hudon actually evaluated every medication I was on when I established care with him and compared it to my health at that time. He dove deep into my circumstances, prior symptoms and current struggles. We had follow ups to address changes we had made to again tweak prescriptions and treatments as appropriate. When we have appointments, they are DEEP DIVES into what is going on. He asks me questions about things from prior appointments THAT I EVEN FORGOT ABOUT. That was pretty shocking to experience a doctor so invested in the care of his patients that he actually KNOWS them as a person. I have had appointments with him discussing mental health, physical health, concerning lab results, follow ups after significantly concerning health struggles, coordinating care with specialists - just about any type of care a patient could need. I cannot point to a single misstep at any time regarding my care. Two years ago, I had a significant and concerning finding in my tests. I had to get an invasive diagnostic procedure done asap. I'll never forget the circumstances - the news/results came out on a friday at around 12:30. Dr. Hudon contacted me immediately - by 1 pm, walked me through what was found, walked me through next steps, got me help in the interim while waiting for specialists to come on board. THEN - he coordinated all of my care with ALL of the specialists. Because of him, I had a literal care TEAM - a pulmonologist, oncologist, etc - by MONDAY with appointments that week and the diagnostic procedure occurring just 7 days after the results came out. He was involved every step of the way. I can't say enough about this doctor. If you need a PCP, I hope Dr. Hudon is accepting new patients.
Tim Lowenstein is amazing and made me feel comfortable and listened to me rant on about my health issues. He assured me that he wants to help me and I feel he is the dude that will follow through with what he says. Thank You Tim Lowenstein and everybody that works there...You Guys N Gals Rock
The actual providers I saw were quick, nice, and helpful. This one star review is for the front desk and for the front desk only. I sat there for an hour and a half watching everyone who came in after me get seen, only to find out they never put my name in the queue. If I hadn't gone up to the desk (an hour and a half later) I would STILL be sitting there. Once I was seen I confirmed my pharmacy I wanted my medicine to go to (I also wrote it on the form they have you fill out when you get there). They had written confirmation of where I wanted the medication to go AND verbal confirmation. The medication STILL ended up at the WRONG pharmacy. I called, got put on hold for 20 minutes, and when I told her she sent it to the wrong place she laughed on the phone. I am unbelievably beyond fed up with the front desk and the horrible experience I had with them. Shame to have people running your office who don't know how to correctly do their job while the providers are doing their jobs and relying on their front desk. Terrible saturday morning experience.... still waiting for my medication to be sent to the correct pharmacy.
I received notices from Kimberly Ferguison telling me my kids had been dropped from her care because communication and trust had been "compromised." I have 5 kids and 3 needed to be seen for well visits. Her staff scheduled (without consulting with my schedule) an appointment on Monday, 10/14 for 1 of my children and then again on Tuesday, 10/15 for the other 2. That's not easy as a working parent and kids in school!! Thus, when I later called asking if they could have appointments on the same day, I was told they had an appt 30 mins before, so I snagged it. I thought to myself, great, all 3 will be seen on Tuesday!! 5 minutes later, I get a call saying that Dr. Ferguison does not see more than 2 siblings on the same day. With that said, I just ended up canceling the appointments for 10/15 (canceled on 10/3) because I also found out my husband was traveling for work and it was just getting too complicated. After receiving this letter in the mail, it's obvious Dr. Ferguison is NOT a good fit for our family. With 5 kids, that means I would have had to schedule 3 separate appointments for simple well visits! Dr. Ferguison - your bedside demeanor and 2 sibling rule won't fare well with most families in Idaho!
I recommend Dr Hudon. I'm a little hostile to doctors to be honest since usually they only spend 5 minutes with me and dismiss everything as either allergies or tell me I need to lose a few pounds like that explains any and all problem. Dr Hudon was very patient with my (it really wasn't that bad) mild hostility lol. He spent time with me, was patient when I asked lots of questions whenever he gave me a recommendation, and didn't make me feel judged for avoiding doctors for the last 10 years for the above reasons. Generally a good doctor who seems like he actually wants to help people. I recommend.
I wish I could write all of the issues that we've dealt with over the years. Sadly switching doctors isn't possible right now. Basically, he doesn't believe the patients and acts as if they're faking and he doesn't care. I'm appalled at the lack of effort in finding answers. Maybe other people have great experiences, but I haven't. 10/10 don't recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
