I suffered a bowling mishap and visited Primary Health Medical Group upon recommendation from my son. I saw Dr. Johnston for a fractured wrist and he is truly caring, communicative, actively listens to understand the patient and very thorough. The physicians assistants and X-ray technicians are very thoughtful and kind. I found all of the front office staff pleasant and welcoming. All in all a terrific experience!

Erin listened to all of my concerns and was incredibly knowledgeable with her answers. I was completely impressed and appreciative my visit. I would definitely recommend her and also her nurse was very kind and friendly while checking me in. Stephanie at the front desk was helpful and friendly both checking me in and out.

Literally the best place to go for Healthcare Erin! Is the best and totally understands women who advocate for proper healthcare ! Love her! I have never had a bad experience with any of thier offices either!

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with primary health. I have been a patient for over 30 years. I needed to get hepatitis A and b vaccinations for an upcoming business trip and was denied it at this clinic because I didn't have a doctor's referral. FYI. Get a clue you don't need to have a referral to get these vaccinations. I was referred to this clinic from another primary health as they do not carry it. I was able to walk into that primary health and get other vaccinations that I need for my trip. I will never return to this particular primary health again and I'm very seriously considering moving my medical care to an office that actually cares about me. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!
