😡. Left message Tuesday and then two messages Wednesday for my doctor to call me back regarding my dexa scan and am still waiting. I’m pretty disappointed.

Everyone I encounter here is great! It is such a pleasure to come in because of how wonderful everyone is.....Annette, Stacey, Becky in front and of course the Superstar Becky Wells herself! They are kind, friendly, and very welcoming so I have absolutely no problem recommending the Ten Mile Primary Health Group to anyone looking for primary care. The are on top of referrals, they listen to your concerns and they don't judge or dismiss anything. They make suggestions and when you agree on a plan, everything gets put into motion pretty quickly.

My previous Primary Care Physician left the practice and I was assigned Dr Lyons. He is wonderful, caring and very thorough. I have had a total hip and shoulder replaced in the past 3 months and Dr Lyons was very attentive to my current problems and overall health care. 5 plus stars for him and his staff. They really catered to this coward.

My husband saw Dr Warren Looney to establish care and so he could get an MRI for a time sensitive, out of town procedure in early January. Dr Looney’s staff forgot to send the paperwork to our insurance and no one let us know that there was an issue till December 26, by which point his entire office was closed until my husband would be out of town for the procedure. Since insurance does not retroactively cover MRIs this has left us scrambling to try and find a solution just days before he’s supposed to leave, and this has potentially ruined the entire trip that has had been planned with flights, hotels, and even more logistics than I can get into in this review. To say we’re livid is an understatement. I wouldn’t recommend Dr Looney to my worst enemy.

Second time I have been there for bloodwork and it was closed again. Why not close it permanently? Google maps says it is open, and your sign on the door says it is open. Are you open next Monday? 12/15/25? Or do you open whenever you feel like it? Poor business ethics Update your sign on the door, update Google. Try to provide better customer service and customer experience. Very dissatisfied!!!
