Dr. Nielson was very knowledgeable and took his time with my exam. They have a very nice office and state of the art technology. ***I especially liked the fact that they didn't have to use drops to dilate my pupils to do my exam! Instead, they have a new machine that was able to photograph my inner eye. We reviewed all of the images together. Very good experience. Great doctor.

Multiple unnecessary vitits, never got correct prescription that would work...had to go back to my old doctor myself and get it for him. Made poor notes and never knew which eye corresponded to the lenses he ordered. When he finially got it right, they ordered the wrong lenses. I had to convince them myself they were wrong as they had no record of the lenses that I was wearing that worked. I made 5 or 6 trips to the office for a single set of lenses.
