I came in because I have a bad shoulder and needed a referral to see an orthopedic surgeon. The PA I met with was excellent. She was very willing to help me with the referral and gave me some good advice plus a prescription to help with the pain until I can get in to see the next doctor.

The first time I noticed was how different the urgent care looked. Very nice! We were helped brought into the Urgent Care within a few minutes. I loved how efficient & friendly the staff were. Waited in the back room for 40 minutes. No one ever came to check on me and an obviously doctor didn’t care to see me in a timely manner. After wasting over an hour of my time I went to St Luke. MUCH MUCH better experience

It was very quick, I came home with no meds to help me through this, I have a horrible cough and still feel bad today. The PA was very nice though. I think i just felt rushed in and out; you have a virus go home and let it run its course.

Waited an extensive period of time with no one in the front office. Not a staff member or patient. Recently hung up on by staff due to not want to listen to my concerns. They didn’t test for anything however, I did take my son home to test him, and he’s positive for influenza B. I’d surely question the ability of this facility as well as the staffing and education. Steer clear. There’s plenty of other options. Wish I did.
