i went in because of a severe allergic reaction. They immediately gave me a large dose of benedryl but wanted to follow up with a steroid. I was concerned about the steroid and was trying to get an answer to what other options i might have. Unfortunately i have reactions to so many things I was concerned about the steroid stacking more issues on top of what we were already treating. The nurse, i think her name was Lori was so rude and dismissive during a difficult time, i was so upset i started walking out with the IV still in my arm. when you have a medical emergency you go to a place for care and guidance. The rudeness and disrespect doesn’t belong in there. If you are unhappy with your job. quit. don’t take it out on the patients. if i have any issues in the future ill go some place else

The NP I saw today was extremely rude. All she wanted to do was send me to the ER. And then straight up LIED in her post visit assessment. Terrible service!

Extremely unprofessional and rude. You would think that urgent care meant "urgent care" instead it's let's ask you a bunch of irrelevant questions and type it down and do absolutely nothing, on top of that took his blood pressure 4 times and then offered a Tylenol, you think if Tylenol would fix the problem we'd be here? Save yourself the time and do not come here.

I was highly impressed with this location. I would definitely recommend anybody Using their service services! They heard me out they listened to me and they didn’t judge me. I was happy to be in a place where I felt that was secure.

The care I received at St. Al’s Urgent Care on 10 Mile was excellent. Every person with whom I interacted was professional, kind, spent a good amount of time with me, and thought big picture of my situation. My attending PC, K Anderson was thorough and excellent.

Short wait time. Friend staff and providers. The only thing I didn't like was that the after care instructions were not written down or posted on a patient portal. When I got home, I couldn't remember them. After two days I called them and the nurse explained everything to me again. If instructions are provided, that would be very helpful. Other than that, everything was excellent.
