Smileworks Comprehensive Dentistry's Online Review Report Card

My review is based off being a new patient. My daughter (a minor) and I have been trying to get our teeth cleaned for almost a year. First issue is trying to get two appointments for the same day. Next to impossible. Two times we successfully got appointments that worked for us. The issue, both of our appointments were canceled a days before our cleanings because the hygienist wasn't going to be in the office. This happened to us twice, Decemberof 2025 and just today, June 2026. I'm confused why the patients who wait 6 months are the ones who must change their schedules. You know your patient schedule 6 months in advance. If a hygienist can't come in or is going on vacation find another hygienist to cover them. I'm confident this dentist office is very good but their customer service skills and commitments to new clients are lacking.

Dr. Lind was amazing! I am not a fan of the dentist only go as a last resort. Unfortunately, I cracked a tooth and they were able to get me in same day. Dr. Lind took the time to ease my anxiety and explain everything before getting started. I ended up needing a crown which I had never had one before and he explained the whole process to me step by step and took the time to make me feel comfortable and safe. Best dentist I have been too since I was a child. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been going to Smile Works for years now and it is remains the absolute best dental office! Dr. Lind is a very skilled Dentist and is always kind and welcoming. He has great Hygienists and staff who go above and beyond to care for their patients. I highly recommend this office for yours and your families dental needs.

The office staff, doctor and hygienist are AMAZING! Brought my nervous 3 year old in for a checkup. After his previous scary experience with another office, I was ready for anything. The staff were kind and patient, and made him so comfortable he allowed them to actually check his teeth and do a polish! He had so much fun! I had a few fillings replaced and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time! It was so quick (in and out in 45 min). 10/10 recommend this office for everyone needing family dentistry!

Great staff and amazing service

My family has been receiving care at this clinic for several years. The clinic offers a wide range of dental services, including orthodontic treatment and dental implants, all provided on site. It’s very convenient that you can have all procedures done in one place. We are very happy with the doctor — the doctor is professional and very pleasant. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Another big advantage is that you don’t need an interpreter, as some staff members speak Russian and Ukrainian. Thank you!

I initially came here for emergency dental work, but have come back for both fillings and a cleaning. They’re always so gentle and they do a great job every time! Overall a very kind office, I would recommend anyone in the Upper Treasure Valley area to visit here.

I have some dental anxiety that makes it really hard to go to the dentist, I was recommended to try Smile Works. They have been phenomenal to work with. Nice to talk to and I feel like they took the time to get to know me and made sure I was comfortable through each visit.
