Our experience with The Urology Clinic was nothing short of excellence. From the moment we entered the building to the last appointment we nothing but excellent things to say. In particular we were put at ease with the patient status updates in the hallway on the wall, allowing family to be up to date with what was going during the process. We would like to share pur profound grattitude for the professionalism and the talent of the entire team at The Urology Clinic, and in particular Dr. Taylor and NP Sweet.

Although I had to wait for the doctor for nearly 30 minutes in the exam room after the nurse took my vitals, Dr. Jackson was thorough and answered all my questions. Also, the intake person, Le Mei, was wonderful, funny, and made the intake process enjoyable. Give this lady a raise! I look forward to my next visit, just in order to see Le Mei again!

From the staff at the front desk, to the young lady taking vitals, to Dr. Jackson, I found everyone to be very pleasant and still professional. Dr. Jackson was very clear and offered alternatives available to me, then made a suggestion as to a course of action but was clear that it was my choice, which I liked.
