Dr. Brian Crownover is amazing and does the most complete wellness exam I have ever had. He is very meticulous in reviewing your past medical history in determining the right path for a person to take for better health. I appreciate his care and concern for his patients.

Dr. Crownover was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My new patient appointment was very comprehensive and to my surprise he is capable of handling a variety of my medical needs actually reducing the need for interacting with Specialists. All the staff at TVFM were great too. I'm very pleased to be a new patient of his and look forward to a long GP/patient relationship.

All about the staff were very nice and professional doctor was also extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Will definitely be recommending treasure valley family medicine to people I know.

I cannot say enough about how awesome everyone is here! I live in Caldwell and refuse to find a doctor's office closer to me because I may potentially not have the same experience. They're all very personable and accommodating and smiling, from the staff to the doctor! As their door sign reads, "You are responsible for the energy you bring inside". Stay kind, stay awesome!

My first visit was a great experience, all of the staff were very friendly and Dr. Singleton was very good and thorough with explaining things to me. I have a follow up appointment and for once I'm not dreading a Dr appointment.

I wanted to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for Dr. Crownover and his incredible team, especially Stephanie. Dr. Crownover has been my primary care physician for over six years, and I truly couldn’t be happier or feel more fortunate to have found him and his practice. His level of experience, knowledge, and personalized care is unlike anything I have ever experienced. Over the years, I’ve faced a variety of medical challenges—from neuropathy to anxiety to premenopause—and through it all, he has provided consistent, thoughtful, and compassionate care. He genuinely cares about his patients and always wants the very best for them. He goes above and beyond in a way that is rare to find, and I truly believe he is one of the reasons I am doing as well as I am today. I have so much respect and trust in him and his guidance—it’s the kind of doctor-patient relationship I wish everyone could experience. Stephanie, who is often the first person you see when you walk into the office, is truly the heart of the practice. She brings warmth, insight, and genuine care to Treasure Valley Medicine. No matter how you’re feeling when you walk in, she has a way of making you feel seen, comforted, and supported. Her kindness and compassion make such a difference, especially on the hardest days. I am incredibly grateful for both Dr. Crownover and Stephanie, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for truly exceptional and compassionate care.

Absolutely amazing experience. I have been avoiding the doctors office for years and read the good reviews on TVFM. My expectations were exceeded. Dr Amy is a Godsend and it’s safe to say I found my doctor for the future. Extremely kind and attentive admin staff, clean and professional facilities, and nothing but the best care is what you’ll find here. I had a great visit and found it very helpful. I feel like Dr. Crownover not only knew more about me because I walked in the door. I also feel like he knew more about me before asking me any questions then my previous doctor after two years. He listened to what I had to say and explained things to me in a manner which I could understand. I was looking for someone with knowledge and experience that my previous doctor was lacking and took the steps necessary to get a better understanding of what is going on. . I was given the time and not just rushed out because there was another patient waiting. After I got home I signed up on the portal and much to my surprise there was a summary report of the visit that was more detailed than most doctors I have seen before. I had high expectations before getting there because the person who referred me had been telling me to go and see him because he was thorough and would be able to help me. I can honestly say Dr. Crownover exceeded my expectations and I left feeling great and looking forward to getting my tests back and our next visit. I feel like I am on track to finally get some of the answers I have not been able to in years. This has been a positive experience from the first phone call with Aubrey when I called to make my initial appointment.
