Since changing to treasure valley orthodontics, customer service has decreased immensely and im disappointed in the lack of communication. Plus overall service is not the same when you're forced to go to another location and they make you feel like you are the one at fault because they don't have what they needed to provide appropriate treatment.

they always put my bracket to high and then the wire slips out

I went here when I was 16, had no complaints until my braces were taken off and he shaved my"fang" teeth down which were natural, and I never asked him to. He took that into his own hands

We’ve had an incredible experience with the orthodontist Dr. Morris and his team for all of our kids. They did an amazing job—especially with one of them who had a very tricky complication, and the results exceeded our expectations. The team was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about getting everything just right. We’re so grateful for their expertise and the beautiful smiles they’ve created for our family!

Loved the energy, the staff is absolutely amazing. Sarah is the reason we decided on this ortho office she made us feel so welcome and comfortable. My daughter couldn’t stop talking to her and that’s a big deal coming from a teenager. When we got the braces on Ruby was my girl. She let my daughter try on different colors to find what looked good. She kept her laughing and smiling the whole time. And last shout out to the dentist. Dr. Kelton was fun and knowledgeable. Overall experience was amazing.
