Dr. Ryan McDonald is the best of the best neurologists out there. He is brilliant and truly a gifted physician. He takes the time to explain things well. My elderly mom is truly grateful for him.

McDonald lied to his pt. my elderly father & me. In 2015, he stated he would send an IV team to the home to hydrate my gravely ill dad. He did Not. He took a call from my older sister the same day...and secretly signed Dad into Hospice, which prevented my father from receiving life sustaining IV fluids.(Hospice disallows IV treatments). McDonald had stated he would see to it that a home care IV team would be hydrating him within hours. Dr. McDonald had two faces that day. Deceitfully with sistr

I at first found Dr. McDonald interested and caring. However, he greatly scolded me for being 7 or 8 minutes late when I tried to explain I was behind a terrible accident and part of the freeway was shut down. He was not understanding. My next visit I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time and they did not try to explain the delay and there were no apologies from him or his staff. This totally soured me on going there.

I had visited with another Dr before Dr McDonald. He was such a breath of fresh air. Has helped me to understand what is happening with my kidney condition. How I can help my self in improving my short term and long term conditions. I recommend him to anyone needing to understand why their kidneys may not be working correctly. Very personal too.

If i can rate him 10000 stars i would have. Very professional, he shows he cares about his patience well being and most if all he's an amazing doctor. One of the best or the best I've ever had in my 26 yrs of living and visiting hospitals. I TRUST his judgement. He has been my doctor for about 4 yrs i believe and not once he has proven me wrong about him being an EXTRAORDINARY Doctor. Thank you Dr. Mcdonald for taking being always there for me. My husband has been going to Dr McDonald for several years. Our doctor recommended him and we are very glad he did. My husband was diagnosed with only one kidney later in life. He had very low kidney readings but Dr McDonald had him up to normal with medication. We are so happy we went to Dr McDonald..He now has my husband doing well without needing dialysis. We were told he would probably need dialysis due to low kidney readings but he is doing great now....Thank you Dr McDonald.

I have been seeing Dr. McDonald for a few months. I have seen him go out his way to make sure i always get seen and answer all the question i have. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

He's very rude and uncaring. My wife has been sick for months and he has done nothing for her. She's in pain and our doctor said this guy would help us. His staff has been unhelpful to get us in. They said we could not have an appointment if we couldn't pay the copay. I am watching my wife die. Please think hard before going to this unreliable doctor.
