Dr. Jacobson is professional while very personal at the same time. He’s been a huge asset in my life of recovery.

Excellent! I drive several hours to see Dr. Jacobsen. He is kind, attentive, knowledgable and just overall fantastic. I am so grateful to have found him and his clinic. The staff is wonderful as well.

I relocated to Montpelier in mid-May. I needed a new physician to take over my medical needs & get referrals for the specialists I would need. Not once did Dr. Jacobson initiate a true physical, he did not want my medical records nor to send for them, nor would he truly listen. When a patient has documented issues & documented health problems, and a doctor "blows it off", is a desecration to the oath that a doctor promises to keep. I was treated badly, disrespected and made to feel like a waste of time. For a patient to walk out of a doctor's visit, and feel worthless, says something. I didn't ask for my health (bone/nerve damage) problems. As an RN, whose worked ICU, CCU, Open heart CCU, ER, OR, Neuro-trauma/Flight trauma, NEVER have I witnessed such disregard for a patient's needs nor their emotional needs, personally or professionally. I had enough when given prescription that, combined with other medications, had an adverse reaction that included cyanosis with ventricular tachycardia, and when notified Dr. Jacobson, twice....he never bothered returning call...nothing. Narcissism runs deep, nowadays. Not meaning any disrespect...just stating fact based pn my experience. My husband refused to take me back, and wanted me to warn others. God bless Dr. Jacobson's staff....they are the Godsend patients need.Men seem to be treated better & with more respect, from what I've heard. Just sayin'. Hmmm.

This is Angel Smith. I feel extraordinarily lucky to have found Dr. Jacobson and his staff. I am beyond impressed with his kindness, professionalism and bed side manner. From the first time I called and spoke with the ladies at the front desk to make an appointment I felt like this was going to be a good fit. They were all just so kind!! I drive over 2 hours to see this doctor and it's so worth it. Finding a doctor who listens without judgements and actually cares is not always easy. I feel extremely lucky to be a patient at this clinic. Thank you :)

Dr. Jacobson is knowledgeable, friendly and truly cares about us as his patients. Our whole family goes to him and have always been impressed with his level of concern and kindness with dealing with our medical needs. He is a blessing to the town and stays up to date on the latest medical findings so he can give his patients the best care possible, so they can receive true health and not just a band-aid solution. He helped to diagnose my husband with a long term chronic nasal infection that had plagued him for years and helped him on the road to recovery. I appreciate his honesty and his concern and feel safe with trusting him to all of my family’s medical needs. Thank you for all you do!

The whole office is pleasant and caring. Dr. Jacobson is honest and sincere and takes the time to look at the whole picture when treating me. He is unconventional and goes the extra mile to insure my wellbeing.
