List of Bryan D Smith's Reviews
Dr Smith is a specialist that gets to the point and doesn’t waste his time or yours which I find refreshing and a positive experience when dealing with doctors and doctor’s offices. I thought his attitude and bedside manner were professional and respectful. Will recommend.
I would not even score him. Do not take an elderly person or severely ill person to this man. In all my years. My appointment with this doctor is the worst I have ever experienced. He is rude, condescending, he gas lights you, he is a bully, he is arrogant, not patient nor kind. To go into detail of this visit is not necessary. Do not waste your time on this abuser of the elderly. My overall take in this experience is also abuses his staff. No one can say or tell me different. They quotes but he is a very good urologist". This guy is a nightmare. How long will this hospital support this behavior in the work place
Only giving him one star because zero isn’t an option. The nurse was nice enough and Paige was a sweetheart even in the difficult situation we were in. I brought my client in who is a crippled elderly man who has shortness of breath and a difficult time getting to the doctor but we made it to the office in time for the appointment I called and confirmed twice. When we got there they said we were at the wrong office, even though no one ever even mentioned that dr.smith even had another office. Not to mention you have to deep dive the internet to find the place. When we got there my client got light headed and we decided to step outside, when we did I asked two different staff members to notify us because it’s just not reasonable for my client to wear a mask for an extended period of time. Which is why we waited outside. But they didn’t notify us and when I can back in to check they said we had already been called (literally less than a minute after they called us). So when they took us back they asked for a urine sample which my client said he would need a bit of time to provide. When doctor smith heard this (from down the hall) he barrelled in before the nurse could even get a word out. He immediately began yelling. Not speaking to. Not talking. Yelling at my client about “I can’t do anything without a urine sample” and “I’m busy right now and don’t have time for this” at which point my frustrated, out of breath and flustered client began feeling lightheaded again and mentioned it. To which dr.smith responded “well you can go to the emergency department if you’re having a problem” . Dr.smith doesn’t care about people and certainly won’t help you with your urology needs. Not to mention my client has severe kidney stones that really needed to be dealt with rapidly. Which dr.smith knew and obviously didn’t care about. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to be cared for by dr.smith.
Dr. Bryan Smith excellent Urologist. He does complete follow-ups on his patients and I trust him completely.
I have been going to him for a number of years for a number of issues and have always been satisfied. He is always very kind and understanding
Hello, please pass this message on to Dr. Smith - I had a kidney stone removal procedure done on June 17 - My name is Greg Fehrs - the last 1-2 years I have been drinking about a half gallon of this Mac & Jacks African Amber beer per week - it is unfiltered as I am including the beer description below - can this possibly be the cause of my kidney stone? Flavor Profile This beer erupts with a floral, ...
Have always felt 100% confident in Dr. Smith from the very beginning. He has been very good to explain everything. He is busy but always willing to take time to answer your questions. we have been recommending him to others .
By far the most traumatic part of my father's last months of life was our encounter with Dr. Smith. It has been two years and I still can't think of it without anger. The most condescending and calloused health professional we encountered. It was especially painful during a very traumatic time.
Best Dr I have ever had
Do not let this doctor give you care. Worst doctor I ever had in emergency room

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
