List of Daniel Weeks's Reviews
Good doctor, personable and very knowledgeable. Support staff friendly and accommodating.
Dr Weeks operated on my sinuses and changed ,my life. Before I couldn't breathe through my nose, could barely smell and taste (I'm a chef) and had frequent sinus infections. The results have far exceeded even my most hopeful expectations. He is also ver kind and easy to talk to, I think that he really cares for the well being of his patients.
A picture is worth a thousand words and as you can see--Dr. Flis is a remarkable surgeon. I had a complicated issue in a very sensitive area--and my experience with Dr. Flis and his staff was flawless. Dr. Flis was kind and very professional, took time to understand all my symptoms, asked questions about my prior surgical history in that area and made recommendations for surgery that were consistent with those of my endocrinologist. He made sure I understood the procedure, the associated risks and what my recovery would be like.I went into the operating room feeling calm and confident and woke up from surgery feeling great. I went home the same day and when I woke up the next morning I had very little pain--in fact, I never had to take even a single Tylenol during my entire recovery! To top it off--the closure he did on the incision is so flawless I've had several people ask if it was done by a plastic surgeon. Dr. Flis and his staff managed my care perfectly from beginning to end. I can't recommend Dr. Flis and his team highly enough.
I had an appointment a week ago. Unhelpful and just kept saying there is nothing that he can do. He is not there to help people he is there to get a paycheck. A 5-minute appointment after waiting 30 minutes is not thorough. He makes you feel uncomfortable the moment he walks in. He looks at his computer and not at you when you speak. PAY ATTENTION TO THE PATIENT. Sometimes you just need compassion. Will be seeking a second opinion.
Went to see Dr. Flis after setting up an appointment two weeks ago. Upon arriving I was told he had ten minutes allocated to me but that with my issue it was going to take longer. I was told to go home and make another appointment. He would not discuss my problem with me. See him if you like, but be forewarned that he may not allocate much time for you. I'm waiting to see how he bills Medicare for my non-visit. His staff was top-notch and the woman who gave me a hearing test was professional and absolutely charming.
Saw Dr Flis today and I'm happy with my choice. He was friendly and engaging and gave me lots of options in regards to the endoscopy and showed my the results (I'm a voice teacher and I was happy to see my healthy vocal cords!). Dr Flis was also great with vocal health advice and conservative about treatment (not a drug pusher) matching the treatment to my mild symptoms. Great office too, the medical assistant was friendly and chatty and everything ran smoothly.
Dr Flis is Great Doctor and I am very much impressed by the care and work they performed. My five year old daughter had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectmy about two months ago and every aspect was thorough and thoughtful. I should add that I was very nervous and extremely apprehensive having gone through the same experience myself and remembering it as miserable. While the recover is hard, children heal very quick. All our questions were answered and the procedure went well. Thankfully there were no complication.Thank You Dr. Flis
I had a deviated septum and wanted to know if I needed rhinoplasty as well as septoplasty. After my second visit to ask about this, doctor meeks removed me from the surgical waiting list. Felt like he was throwing me away in the nices way he could. Went to another and had it done promptly.
have search for a doctor that communicates in layman terms that could be understood, Dr. Weeks was very informative about visit and treatments. Very pleased.
These guys are amazing and truly saved my life. My primary care doctor referred me to another ENT, I went to him TWICE, he told me I had allergies and to keep taking Nasocort. I let several months go by and was still suffering. A friend of mine who is a nurse recommended Dr. Agbayani. I was able to get an appointment the next day and after 5 minutes of describing my issues, Dr. Agbayani found a cancerous tumor in my nasopharynx. Lucky for me they have a cancer specialist Dr. Flis, who had just finished a fellowship at UCSF. That was on a Friday, they were able to arrange for a Monday morning MRI and a Tuesday biopsy, so I didn't have to wait for news on what type of cancer and whether it had spread elsewhere. They also handled all the preauthorizations needed with the insurance company, I never had to do anything on that end. When the biopsy came back Dr. Flis called me right away, it was late on a Friday and I wasn't able to take the call. Knowing I wouldn't want to worry all weekend, he left me his cell phone number and told me to call him any time. Dr. Flis explained exactly what I had, what the treatment would be, and answered all the questions I had. He and Dr. Agbayani performed 2 very long surgeries, and today the tumor is gone.Through the entire process they were always compassionate, they did everything quickly, handled all the insurance paperwork, and fully explained and communicated the plan of action. They know what they are doing and are very personable. I've recommended them to everyone I know.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
