Jessica E Bonnett's Online Review Report Card

Dr Bonnett was condescending and used fear and bullying rather than information and science to try and advocate for treatment options. She is not a doctor who likes to be questioned.

Dr. Bonnett has been helpful, insightful and unreal gracious with her time and energy.

I have had Dr. Jessica Bonnette as my physician ever since Dr. Civalier retired. She is very personable and sympathetic to my health issues. I tried to make an appointment with her just this last week and found out she is no longer there; that I have been assigned to a Dr. T. Sullivan. I have left messages for an appointment but have not received a call back. What happened to Dr. Bonnette? A note or letter would have been appreciated if she left the practice due to having 2 new babies at home and they were her priorities. Respectfully, M.Bosworth

Love that she admits she doesn't know everything and is willing to ask for another opinion and for assistance.

First appt.: Her eyes were glued to her laptop while asking questions; aloof and unengaged. Next appts.: Still a clinical aloofness and an obvious lack of attention to what I was saying. Final appt.: Had classic symptoms of heart attack, and with family history in my chart, she tells me at appt. & minor tests that everything looks OK & does not arrange for immediate stress test; I had a pre-heart attack 3 days later. I have zero confidence in her decisions.

I thought she was great and I referred my colleagues to her, as well.

My experiences with Dr Bonnet have been excellent. She is honest, open and knowledgable. I told her I wanted to go on a plant based diet and she rooted me on and let me know what vitamins I should make sure I take and was motivating me to exercise. I was obese and since then have lost over 30 pounds. Her recommendations are great. I feel fantastic as my bmi has just brought me out of the obese category. All of a sudden I am feeling alive. Why would I want any other doctor?

I have never had such an awful experience with a doctor while giving my medical history. I felt like I was being interrogated by a detective that felt like I was a liar and she did not take into consideration my other medical condition of severe pain. She had no incite or empathy for my situation, and I left in tears.

This May was my first visit with Dr. Bonnett. I thought she listened well and asked appropriate (non time wasting) questions and at the end of my visit, she handed me a sheet of paper that old me how she runs her office and what I could expect as far as waiting, prescriptions, and where I could get labs and x rays performed. I had previously gone to my family M.D. for 35 yrs., and she was a smooth transfer for me. I appreciated and liked her! Thanks Dr. Bonnett! I.W.K.
