If you are looking for an amazing dentist for your child Dr. Sept is just that! However, her billing department does the bare minimum on checking with your insurance company about coverage. Plan do to always get a pre-estimate on the smallest procedure from your insurance company!!!!! They give you "their" estimate. Which are way off or their codes aren't covered. The billing department doesn't have time to check your insurance for the correct coverages. I have went here for 10 years and never one problem with the dentist always the billing department. Good luck with the billing department!

I went to Dr. Septs my whole childhood and now that I'm over 18 it makes me sad I can't have her do my teeth anymore. Highly recommend.

Patient, efficient, wise, understanding, comforting to my daughter... can’t say enough. I just count Moscow lucky to have her as a dentist for our kids. Very highly recommended!!!

My son was with our general dentist and was prescribed treatment that I wasn't sure was needed. I got a second opinion from Dr. Sept and she was able to cite the literature and the numerical need for such treatment. Now over 1 year later, the crowding of his teeth hasn't happened, his bite is good and we didn't have to pay for an unnecessary space maintainer. I graduated from dental school and am an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. I wouldn't trust my kids' care to anyone else. She has specialized in the treatment of children and she is sharp and she knows her stuff. My kids are in awesome hands and I feel confident she will not miss a diagnosis, misdiagnose, prescribe unnecessary treatment or treat unnecessarily. I finally have peace of mind. In my kids opinion, she is the best. My 3 year old daughter loves her and has multiple fillings done by her. My sons think she is so kind. For treatment of children, you can't get better.

My children have had the most positive experience with Dr. Karen Sept and all of the clinical staff. I have had a few negative experiences with the office staff. But mostly positive.

Love Dr. Karen Sept! She was so good with my 6 year old and communicated his treatments with me...which other dentists haven't done in the past. She actually took time to explain and point things out on X-rays. She is very friendly and knowledgeable.

For the initial exam, she claimed that my son’s upper canine teeth were decayed and that they would need restoration. Thankfully, I got second and third opinions from other dentists. Both said that the canines were not decayed, but rather exhibiting natural growth creases that would disappear within a year. Good thing we waited it out. Six months on and his teeth looked perfect. So glad we got some other opinions.
