So both of my kids and I have been going to Chas for two years and the program I am in is wonderful but the care around Covid is a disgrace and it’s disgusting and tragically sad! My 4 year old son and I have Covid and at the test i let them know my son has an appointment to be seen today and asked if i should cancel and they told me to keep it because my son is having breathing issues and needs to be seen by his physician. When i called they refused to see us except for a possible telehealth visit which is a joke because you can’t check his breathing through a poor quality video chat. Covid isn’t going away and your decision to not give people the proper care they not only need but deserve is incredibly wrong. You can’t call yourself a medical facility if you refuse to see the sick! This fear around Covid needs to stop! It’s not going anywhere and it’s going to continue to spread and cause deaths if medical professionals refuse to see us!
Not exactly a fan of this facility. For one, they miss-spelled my last name despite using the NATO alphabet to spell it out. Two, they are overcharging me for prescription medication that is cheaper elsewhere with my insurance. Three, they demand monthly doctor visits, when I've made it clear that I cannot afford to do that with my co-pays, if I want to keep my prescription. It isn't even a narcotic or anything dangerous. Seems to me they just want to take advantage of people with insurance to make up for money they lose out on for those on the "sliding scale". I like my physician, but sadly I'm going to need to look elsewhere.
Quick to charge for doing next to nothing and are completely obvious about what they need to do— y’all made the appointment, why don’t you know why I’m there?
Went to the mental health clinic for severe depression with suicide ideation. When I arrived the counselor was extremely unwelcoming and obviously hated her job. She didn’t take time to ask me about myself or how I was feeling in the moment. She went straight into why are you here and why do you feel this way. I understand that it could just be her method so I gave her time before making judgements. Then she asked me how she could help me and how I’m helping myself, I said I didn’t know and that’s why I was seeking help that I was scared of myself at the moment. She told me she couldn’t help me and sent me on my way 20 min later and said come back in a week and try and think of ways I can help you. 1 month later I almost took my life, I regret going to her because she was affordable I wish I had spent money on someone with real training and certifications. It’s taken a year to be able to review this because it was a very distressing experience to ask for help and be told there was no help to give. Im healthy and happy now with an amazing therapist, but this experience still greatly affects me.
Best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. Starting with the receptionist, then the nurse, the PA, the pharmacist, all kind, helpful, courteous. It was a pleasure to be there. I am surprised at the unfavorable reviews. I was wowed.
I had to go, and get covid tested here. The nurse and the facility told me 1 to 3 business days. On the end of the third day before they closed I called them hoping they had my result. They told me that my swab test hadn't been labeled and had managed to go misplaced. They said that they had found it but this is still going on with "pending results" my roommate who also went and got tested came back negative and now I just really need my test result so i can go back to work. I am extremely dissapointed with chaz I've never had an issue before. Im in college and i dont have that much money anyways so missing this much work to this "pending result" is going to really be hard for me to come back from. I know some people dont live paycheck to paycheck but I do so this is going to be very difficult for me. Very dissapointed. Im trying to be understanding but when I told the nurse who answered my call today, wasnt it one to three days? She laughed at me and told me no i did not say that to you. She was extremely disrespectful and mean. I had to go here because i could barely afford covid testing anyways seeing as covid has already shortened my hours. I got tested for the safety of my co workers and classmates but was hesitant to take time off because of my financial situation.
I was in severe pain when I called this dental office, and they got me in as soon as possible. Dr. Guess was friendly, knowledgeable, gentle and kind. The next morning they were able to get me in to have the work done. Dr. Guess did a great job both identifying the problem and taking care of me. I would highly recommend this office and will return for care in the future.
They have always been nice and polite. However I've had struggles to get appointments before because of their call that day policy to make appointments. One time I couldn't get an appointment for 2 weeks. I wish they would open the clinic on Saturdays when students are available to go.
Broke a tooth and was in severe pain, called Monday morning, they got me in at 11 and I was out of pain by noon! They were busy, but I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for anything...they handled the flow of patients wonderfully! The dental assistant and dentist (both female) were very nice and made me feelcomfortable. I would definitely recommend this office!
Appsoluty horrible office. Love my dr. But the office n the rule they have are negligenting there patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
