Dr. Midas is extremely knowledgeable. He’s the first doctor I’ve ever had that understands how prescription medications work together and doesn’t just prescribe what the drug reps are pushing.

I would not recommend to visit this "doctor": - he is completely incompetent in medicine, moreover, he refuses his patients at a time when qualified medical consultation is needed. All he can do is just send his patient for analysis such as ECG, X-ray, CT, MRI, etc., or send to emergency room. It is so easier for him because he does not need to do anything and no responsibility. Even, when he will receive the results, he does not know how to cure the patients professionally. You may visit him numerous time but your problem will not be resolved. He is useless, much talk but zero results.

I saw Dr.Modad several years ago for a number of months, and found him to be very kind,thorough,reliable and generous with his time. I trusted him as a physician, and liked him very much .

Was horrible and insulting saying "You know everything". Did not prescribe the medication I was to get. Knew nothing about neurotransmiters in the brain.

Dr.Modad treated me for years for thyroid and rapid heart beat. Was very professional and had me feeling great. He took the time to actually listen to you and get you in for test fast if he thought it was necessary. . Truly miss you Dr.Modad. You was the best. Robert Walker

Great doctor he was in Cuba Mo, he was my doctor and my mother’s she didn’t speak English but since he speaks Spanish he treated her!! Miss him a lot!

I love Dr Modad and I'm so happy I found him. He sits on a stool and talks to me one on one letting someone else take the notes and look up records on the computer. It's so much more personal and he makes me feel at ease. He REALLY knows his stuff. When was the last time you had a doctor call you in this day and age? i say relieved because I have become disillusioned with the medical establishment in the last few years. While I did like my previous doctor, it seemed we weren't getting anywhere with my simple request for a "wellness exam". I finally decided to try another doctor and chose Dr. Modad because I liked his son when I talked with him in the emergency room about my husband's condition. Dr. Modad's son was candid and to the point. Dr. Modad senior was able to make me understand that Medicare will not pay for a wellness exam unless a patient has a medical condition. And, curiously, Medicare will not pay for a physical exam, something we used to take for granted in the "good old days". Before I left he ordered some tests based on some concerns I did have. I had a blood draw at Gritman's lab on Friday, and Dr. Modad called the same day with the results! He left a message with all the results and said I could call him the following Monday. All of my results were normal, so I am impressed! How many doctors would want a patient to call them when there is no scary reason to call?

Went to Dr Modad in Sullivan Mo. He found out what my heart condition was the first visit, many years ago and first try gave me the right medication. He listens, he cares and is totally devoted to his patients. No other Dr will take your place. Everyone misses you after all the time you have been gone. Your new patients have been blessed.
