Dr. We is very insisted on knowing what meds I am taking in order to preserve my kidneys. He has told me several times to call before taking anything. I randomly get shingles on my face including eyelid. I call his office 3 times to ask about the medication I was prescribed. It’s urgent, as I need to start fighting this virus, not to mention, I’m in excruciating pain. His office can’t spare two minutes to call me back. It is extremely frustrating! I will try to find another nephrologist and one that has time to respond to urgent messages.

Dr. Wu is very honest about what he can and cannot do for you. He appears to be very knowledgeable with regard to my kidney issues and I trust him with my treatment. Do not be put off by his serious nature. He cares about his patients and is great at what he does. His staff have always been helpful and accommodating. I have and will continue to refer friends and family members to this physician.
