Tom did the initial check-in and preliminary exam foe our kids (age 5 & 6). He explained each step on their level and made it silly & fun for them. They were immediately comfortable and happy to complete their eye exam. Best customer service. We then made the trek across the parking lot to the glass shop and received equally excellent care from Bernice. Basically the staff is amazing & I highly recommend them to anyone with small children.

Dr Lamars is very personable. I need a special contact for my left eye. Instead of charging for the trial he ordered them for no cost. If I like them I can pay for the supply. He’s an awesome guy will for sure go back.

I received good care from Dr. Lamers, but I question the quality of the labs the optical department uses to manufacture their lenses. In the year I've had my glasses, I've had to return them due to hairline cracks along the edges, three times. Their technician even sent the second order to a different lab.This last time I ordered a new frame, thinking it might have been a design flaw. I just picked up my glasses yesterday (10/9/20) and by the evening I noticed there were those same cracks on the bottom of the lens. I give up, needless to say, I'll be using a different optical department.

I've been going here for years for my contacts and glasses. Love the staff and overall service. However, its extremely frustrating when you're trying to get ahold of someone to order contact prescription refills or trials. If you try to give them a call in the morning even if it is after 8am they still do not answer the phone and it says they are closed and that their office hours are 8am-5pm. This has happened on two separate occasions in which I had called around 9am one day and about 8:30 on another day multiple times and was told the office was closed. Just feel they should change the message if they're not going to answer the phone during business hours because it's frustrating. Other than that, great service.

I would give a zero if I could. They got my prescription wrong. I had progressives and I couldn't see out of them. Well to back up a bit. When my glasses came in they just handed them to me. They didn't have me try them on or make sure I could see out of them before I left. When I got home I tried them on. I couldn't see out of them. I called the office and the lady who handed them to me Sai that she would order the. Again but made by a different material. I asked if I need to make another appointment. She said no. She said I could try the glasses for a bit or bring them in. She would call me when the lenses came in. I waited a week and called back because I had not heard from them. I explained why I called and she said she would never say that or order new lenses. She said she would have had me wear them for a week then if my eyes didn't adjust that the doctor would have to look at my eyes again. I said I asked that the first time. So I took the glasses back and got my money back. Very bad experience. 👎

I had an appointment with Jensen Eye Associates, with John Lamers today. For the short time that I was in the exam room, Lamers answered all my questions that I had, and made me laugh with an answer he gave me that was refreshing and hilarious. I would highly recommend going to him for your next eye exam.

Victoria Jensen bought some tiles from us and dispute the charge for the whole product even though she used 80% of it. We have sent couple of emails and tried to contact by the phone she didn;t respond. We emailed her again informing if she doesn't reply and make payment I will leave the negative feedback on behalf of the company she made purchase for. I don't like to leave negative feedback however this is stealing of our money. We also took a legal action with our lawyer. Lack of integrity..

I was able to get high quality glasses for less than I would have paid at Walmart, because these people know all the ins and outs of billing the insurance companies.
