If I could give less than one star, I would. Do not go to Primary Health. I sat there for over an hour just to be told I needed to go to the ER anyway. I still had to pay my copay and wasted both my time and money for absolutely nothing. On top of that, I had a very difficult time understanding the doctor because of a language barrier, which made an already frustrating experience even worse. If you need urgent medical care, I’d recommend going to Saint Alphonsus Urgent Care or straight to the emergency room instead. In my experience, you’ll receive much better care there.

Primary Health staff was friendly knew what they were doing. They love helping people. Thanks Primary Health.

Dr Roberts is excellent. Howard is his assistant and is very kind and efficient.

Had pneumonia for over 6 months. These people put me on 5 different antibiotics and never once did a culture to see exactly what I had. Thank God my wife took me to the emergency room or I wouldn't be here.

They do not properly communicate and accordingly the first appointment I saw with my doctor over 6 months ago Christian Crawford I was told they would call me and reach out and tell me of my appointment I've been reaching out trying to get to the bottom of things and they are basically telling me call back at 8:00 a.m. talk to a supervisor I do that they tell me they're not in I basically have a disability a female social anxiety disorder and they choose to basically tell me I'm being rude when I'm not being rude I'm trying to get to the bottom of it that appointment was set up and I wasn't the one that set it up and I was at the point where I want to talk to a supervisor and I'm always told please call back at 8:00 a.m. I do so that's supervisors never end they force me to talk to the representatives that I saw the first time that they were going to call me with an appointment time and scheduled to set up an appointment which they haven't and they're telling me I'm being rude and disrespectful that I have to go to the patient portal I can find out when my appointments are when I haven't made but one appointment the first initial appointment I saw I don't recommend using this location and I'm seeing why there's a lot of availability for the doctors in this location due to the wait staff and representatives here I have a better chance I'm having anybody of reasonable work with me on the one in Nampa by The Big box store I would recommend them over the garrity clinic any day of the week I have called weekend and week out to try to figure out how an appointment was set up and I wasn't properly notified by it where my phone number is right my emails right and I have no notification there was an appointment set up for the 29th which I've been being trying to get an appointment clear back well before December and are not willing to see me till the end of this month

Doctors and nurse they were just fine. But call and ask any question to some lady at the front desk on trying solve a problem with their app patent portal and just get immediately rude and defensive and dismissive of my question. Get someone nicer to handle to calls of people already struggling with health freaking joke.

Always get us in right away. Friendly service. Only thing I wasn't happy about that had a new doctor his first day. We had to wait 20 min for them to teach him the computer system. Had nothing to do with us. We were in a room waiting. It was frustrating my daughter was sick. Couldn't swallow. Wanted to go. I kept asking they just kept telling me I had to wait. The nurse did get snippy with me. I'm sorry but that was not cool. So please don't make sick patients especially kiddos wait for nothing.

The medical assistant and provider who I saw at the Garrity Primary Health clinic were exceptionally kind and caring. I have seen so many providers in the last year for complex medical issues, and the two I saw at Primary Health were among the top I have seen in a long time. They helped me feel heard, listened to, and cared for and I truly could not be more grateful. Kindness goes a long way, especially when you are in pain and suffering and I want to pass along a massive thank you to them.

1st walking in today the receptionist was very rude very disappointing . The receptionist on the other side sitting of the room was very kind and helped me out . I went back in today about noon . I'm here at Albertsons at 7:15 pm and nothing was sent over . Very disappointing .
