I just want to thank everyone for being so kind and friendly. Even though my wait time was rather long, due to the single receptionist trying to deal with the phone calls and check-ins all by herself, she did great considering. But they really need more front end staff so she's not getting attitude from people who are a lot less patient than me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing urgent care if they don't mind the wait and they value kind, respectful, friendly help during their minor crisis moments.

I went to Primary Health to have a small oil cyst removed before the sac ruptured under the skin. I have had it done 3 times in the past by a dermatologist, its not difficult. Primary Healths onsite dermatologist said he doesnt do that but would be happy to send a referral to another place. Later, I payed a $125 bill ($145 in all) for their office visit that served no purpose, because their dermatologist only gives referrals to another dermatologist. What a joke!!

I had an excellent experience at This urgent care facility. The staff was extremely helpful and so friendly. I would give them 10 stars !!!!! I would definitely recommend them!
