Almost killed my mom. Wouldnt move my moms records when requested until threatened with police interferrance. Do NOT use her.

If you want a doctor to figure out what is wrong with you, Dr. Croitoru is your doctor. She has been my doctor for over 15 years. I would not see any one else. She is the best. And her staff is wonderful.

This place is poorly managed. The doctor is extremely unprofessional and straight mean and disrespectful to her staff. They get new people constantly and you'll make likely never see the same face twice. There are plenty of Gastro clinics around town, choose a different one.

Besides the dated office, the more than an hour wait time and all the bureaucracy to be able to get an appointment with Dr. Croitoru (including having a pre-appointment and taking ALL my current prescriptions physically), I was charged $500.- USD for ONE consultation, where the only thing I got was advice from the doctor, nothing more. It's the most preposterous and unprofessional service I have ever received from a doctor in my life. Would not recommend this doctor.

If I could give less than one star I would. It would definitely be in the negatives!! This will be a long review but if you are considering this Dr or office please reconsider. I scheduled an appt to see the doctor before my procedure. I filled out paperwork and had to pay my ENTIRE procedure up front. They assured me that I would be refunded if my insurance paid anything. I never saw the Dr or even a nurse, just the gal at the front desk. I received a ton of emails about my upcoming appt but they were so confusing. When I called the office they told me to ignore those emails because their system is "weird". They assured me they would call me a day or two before the procedure to confirm and answer any questions. No call. I called them and they didn't even have me on the books. I had the written card from the first appointment that showed I was right. They called back later saying I was in luck that they had a cancellation and they could see me on the day my appointment was originally for. I was in luck?? They are the ones that messed up. My appointment was 12 noon. A nurse told me they were running a little behind and it would just be a few minutes. I never saw another person for 2 hours and 45 minutes. If i hadn't already gone thru the "process" required before the procedure I would have left. The list goes on. Now....three months later, I am owed a refund of $1405 and no one will return my calls. I've gotten every excuse in the book from it's my insurance companies fault because they don't have the EOB's (not true), the office manager is out (every day?) and the book keeper works off site (does her phone not work?). Needless to say, I am getting nowhere with this. In this whole process, I never once say the Dr. Couldn't tell you what she looks like. I saw a nurse for maybe 5 minutes and the anesthesiologist. The whole process was a disaster and if you are even remotely considering using this Dr or facility I would strongly urge you to reconsider.

Dr. Croitoru has been my doctor for years. She really knows her business and truly cares about her clients.....She has had some difficulties with staff because she demands a high standard of care and professionalism and will not accept anything less. If you want a good doctor she is the one. And she won't quit until she finds what ails you. P.S. I didn't give 5 stars because sometimes her restroom isn't as clean as it could be but I doubt she uses that one so she wouldn't know that.

Dr. C is very good. I have Crohn's disease have had for 40+ years She got it under control have not had a problem for the last 8 years. Ivy and Heather are the best, get back with answers to my questions. My wife also sees Dr C , very good at taking care of he also. Thanks so much for your help, Dr C and staff

I have been very pleased with my experience. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the doctor is fantastic. She took her time and thoroughly explained every step we were taking to get me healthy. It isn't often that you enjoy going to the doctor, but the whole staff has made it a great experience.

I am very happy that I found Treasure Valley Gastro and Dr. Croitoru. She is very detailed and will meticulously go over all your past medical records before meeting with you. I had spent several years trying to figure out my stomach issues. I had numerous tests, saw many Doctors and and even had a scope done a year ago at another Facility where they could not figure out the issue. I went to Dr. Croitori and had another scope done and she found 17 stomach polyps that the other facilty missed! She doesn't rush her procedures and she really takes her time to make sure nothing gets missed. I highly recommend Dr. Croitoru and her wonderful staff. I just wish I found her sooner!
