Got a simple test done, they messed up and uploaded someone else’s results. Never contacted me, never returned my calls, and when I asked if they could retest to be sure it was accurate they told me only if I paid again.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Got me right in to see the doctor. He took his time to make sure I was heard and diagnosed correctly. It was a great experience (except for being sick 😁)

I went to the St. Alphonsus Karcher Clinic to the Urgent Care. When I got there the Receptionist was Kind, Caring, Friendly, and Helpful. I waited 5-10 Minutes then someone came to take me back to the Room. She also was Kind, Caring, Friendly and Helpful. The Doctor came in about 10-15 Minutes. He was Kind, Caring, Friendly and Helpful. He he took his time to Listen to everything I had to say. He was very Attentive and he took the time to Explain things to me. He gave me a Prescription and he was able to give me a couple of Medications and I was given some Apple Juice to take it.

I went to St. Al's because I had taken a tumble and hit my head pretty hard. I wanted to rule Iout any concussion or bleed. The staff was amazing. Thet treated me with respect and support. I was in and out of the ER in just over an hour. And that was with a CT scan. I would highly recommend St. Al's in Nampa.
