This office is outrageously expensive, even with insurance, and the level of care does not come close to justifying the cost. It feels like patients are treated as numbers rather than people. The most frustrating part is their complete lack of compassion—if you run out of your medication, don’t expect any urgency or understanding. They will flat-out deny care instead of helping you manage something that could seriously affect your health. Communication is poor, staff are dismissive, and there’s zero flexibility or willingness to work with patients. Healthcare is supposed to be about helping people, but this place seems far more focused on policies and payments than actual patient well-being. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for supportive or reliable care.
