Terry Reilly in Nampa you must never go there!!!I was once, waited at least three hours. To be seen for a walk-in. Only to be turned away because the person left. That not the only experience, I also one time waited a long time just to get my medicine, only for them turned me away again. The worst was the psycho nurse who asked me why I wasn’t at state hospital yet. If I had it my way this place be shut down.

I was moving out of state and the Dr who I actually really really liked said she would prescribe six months of my meds giving me time to secure a new psychiatrist in my new state to continue meds. The pharmacy would only fill three months at a time so I should’ve had a refill. When I called for the refills the doctor declined it and said I’d have to be seen again before she’ll prescribe more. Typically I understand that but with my situation this is not OK. I am now almost out of my meds and I do not have a new psychiatrist out here yet so now I’m scrambling. Thanks a lot Terry Reilly!

When I went into my appointment, I was told that Title X would cover my appointment and labs by the doctor, so I agreed to more labs than I needed done. I asked the front desk people about it right after, and they told me that it actually wouldn't be covered because I only qualify under plan b. It seems like the doctors and the front desk people are out of touch. I wouldn't have done all the extra labs if I had known, you know?

I went in for my first appointment with penny McClain and I want to say it was excellent and she is caring and listens to what you have to say and it doesn't good into one ear and out the other! Glad she is making doctor and the nurse was great and friendly also. Great job penny and staff. Think you guys deserve more than 5 stars but there's only 5.

I made an appointment for my 4 year old for his annual he unfortunately has been a patient here since birth. I waited for over a month for his appointment which felt like forever because I had some concerns about his health just to be turned away at the door because their notes said he had a cough HE HAS NEVER HAD A COUGH I never said he had a cough I had been trying to get him into a different doctors office but everyone in town is full so now I have to keep loosing sleep over my sons health
