My calls are never answered and i feel as if i am on an infinite hold and/or being ignored. Please fix this. I am VERY busy and i have been trying to schedule an appt since last week.

I am really writing this review because of my dentist, Dr. Beck. I am happy to let people know that Terry Reilly Dental at 1st St provided me with a very positive experience recently. I have been 3 times and have always been treated with respect and courtesy. The office seems to be efficient (although calling in to talk with someone is a bit of a challenge) and as with most people - I do not like dental work. My previous visits with other dentists have been challenging to say the least. During my visit to do a crown, Dr. Beck was very patient, kind and understanding. He worked thoroughly but gently and you can tell he truly cares for the patient. I was so excited to finally find a dentist who truly cares I had to write this review. I am sure Dr. Beck will treat you right.

It is hard to get an appointment, but it's worth the wait. I'm grateful for dental care I can afford.

I went in for an initial and a cleaning. I had a broken tooth that needed a root canal before anything else. This is right before covid and finances were an issue. After over a year of trying to get in, I was never even given a quote for the root canal that I had to pay in full before the procedure. I had long wait times over the phone and constantly transferred to voicemail boxes. I never got a call back. Finally took my stimulus check to Aspen dental where I got in and the procedure done the same day.

Literally waited on phone for 30 min called 3 times because they kept hanging up on me just to find out spots are taken.

Worst dental experience I’ve ever had! I came at 10 am today for my appointment. My emergency appointment starts at 10:30am and now its 11:30 and im still waiting for the dentist to finish working on other peoples teeth who came after me just because they have a plan and I am a new patient. I was not informed that i will be waiting this long and that patients who come after me will be seen first! The dentist said it will probably be 45 min more or longer. So disappointed!! I am here waiting for everyone to be seen and when they’re done it will be my turn pr maybe not!

I paid 40 bucks for them to tell me to take antibiotics mean while my whole face was in pain n swollen. My husband helped more than they did for sure

Got my wisdom tooth pulled today, took ibuprofen and Advil. That never helped. My whole face is swollen, called 3 times to see if they could get me something to ease the pain. Waited 3 hours and never got a call back. They will rip your teeth out but make you deal with the pain. I guess u get what you pay for.

Been put on a waiting list for way too long my tooth is badly cracked and hurting like hell. Asked for an emergency appointment but still on waiting list for that!
