In April of 2022 I walked into the office weighing 355 pounds and wearing size 56 pants. Life was uncomfortable. I was 49 and had lost hundreds of pounds over the years. Dr Roth and the entire team were so kind and welcoming. The help I received before surgery to change my habits and understand the process was fantastic. They set me up for success. I had surgery (VSG) in August of 2022. The support from Dr Roth and her team over the last year has been excellent. They want nothing but your success. Today, a year after surgery, I weigh 178 pounds, wear size 32 pants and have the energy to work out every day. I am back to so many activities I love and feel so good. The surgery has been an incredible help. Thank you Dr Roth and Portneuf Bariatrics!

Dr. Roth just performed an RNY procedure for me on October 18th 2022 and I couldn’t be more grateful. She is professional, compassionate and caring. She took time on a Saturday to check on my progress. I have had very little pain and no complications so far. Amazing! If you are on the fence, just do it! Dr. Roth will take the best care of you as is possible. Five stars!

Dr Roth is amazing! Recently saw her and had surgery done by her thru her wonderful, caring staff. From the first visit was greeted by a very friendly and informative staff. After visiting with Dr Roth and advised of all the alternative choices and methods I chose the right one for me and proceeded. Thru the many office visits to see her as well as her nurse practitioner and her registered dietitian I could not have felt better about my choice. During the surgery pre-op she was there to answer any questions, calm my pre- surgery jitters and help my family with there last minute questions. After surgery when I arrived in my room she was there constantly checking on me as well as her nurse practitioner. Always making sure my needs were met. Dr Roth came several times through the day to look in on me. I could not be happier with every aspect of the procedure, the care before and after. The results from my procedure have been wonderful, I'm only about a month in and have seen and felt a incredible difference in my energy, appearance and overall health. Office staff was great

I have been very comfortable in addressing my weight concerns with the doctor and staff during the two visits I have made.

I have been using services for weight management/control and have been very happy with my care. My care providers have been clear and concise with me on my path of care and what is expected me to continue for surgery, and to understand the benefit of improved health outcomes as I drop excess weight. I feel very confident and positive as I prepare for surgery and know that the comprehensive care I have received will help to ensure the best possible outcomes for my future self. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is suffering from excess weight and the health issues associated with it to check into this, I wish I would've done it earlier!
