Dr. Hansen and his staff are the best! Concerned, friendly and thorough.

Great bedside manners and staff, but trying to get results from test is quite hard. You'll have to call and catch them on a good time or the nurse won't call you back, they forget.

Dr. Clifford is the best!! I recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor or who expresses not being fully happy with their current doctor. You can tell he's a genuinely good person, down-to-earth, knows his stuff, and I always leave feeling like he cares about me as a person and not just another number.

I recently visited this office after not feeling well for quite some time. I was dealing with extreme fatigue, dizziness, vision changes, and just an overall feeling that something was not right with my body. I explained everything in detail to Dr. Hansen. During my appointment, Dr. Hansen noted that my heart rate was low, which I had never been told before in my life. That was concerning, but it also gave me a bit of hope that we might finally find the cause of how I’ve been feeling. He ordered an EKG and a large panel of lab work, and I left thinking we were at least taking the right steps. A couple of days later, I received a quick call from the nurse saying all my lab results “looked great,” except for being low in vitamin D and folate. While that may be true, I highly doubt those deficiencies explain the level of exhaustion, dizziness, and overall imbalance I’ve been experiencing. What really bothered me, though, was that there was no effort from Dr. Hansen to discuss the results personally, offer any kind of follow-up, or even suggest what the next steps might be. I wasn’t asked if I’d like a follow-up visit, nor were any options given to dig deeper into what might actually be wrong. Then came the EKG results, or rather, the lack of communication about them. Instead of a phone call or a proper discussion, I received a message through the patient portal from the CMA that literally said: “Hey Misty, Dr. Hansen got the final read of your EKG. He said it showed Bradycardia. He would like you to still follow up with cardiology.” That was it. No explanation of what that even means, no concern, and no professionalism. For a result that indicates a low heart rate, something I had never been told before, I found that extremely unprofessional and dismissive. After being billed over $1,000 for lab work alone (and still waiting on the EKG bill), I feel completely brushed off. I left this experience feeling like just another chart to bill, not a patient who genuinely needed help. I came to this office based on all the positive reviews, hoping for answers and compassion. What I got instead was a doctor who seemed more focused on racking up a bill than actually helping his patient. Truly a disappointing experience from start to finish.

This is a fantastic outfit. Everyone is kind and professional. I didn't have long to wait. I would recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Hansen is amazing! He doesn’t rush the conversation and he keeps everything real. I can tell he truly cares.
