I’m sad whenever a quality provider moves on to “other pastures” but I am grateful for those who’ve stayed and supported our family. Amber, Ariel and Derek are a team that we are not ready to part with so we need them to stay in Pocatello as long as we have medical needs. We love this place and have been well cared for by each professional we see! Whether an urgent visit or a routine visit, they’re an elite place (including their front desk staff) and others who work behind the scenes to support a successful team! We are ever thankful for this location and the lovely staff within its walls.

This clinic runs on greed. They are not taking any Medicare patients with the exception of one pa one day a week. Anybody without the cash can just die. So unless you have a good insurance plan or a lot of money just go crawl off in a corner. Staff understands this and treats Medicare patients with gross disrespect.

My wife fell breaking three ribs and needing sutures over an eye. PA Ariel had x-rays taken and gave post-trauma instructions and placed seven sutures above her eye - which were expertly placed (healing was great).

Everyone at this facility is amazing and so nice! Jenny Ball is INCREDIBLE. She takes the time to listen to every single word and concern that comes out of your mouth and she doesn’t make you feel rushed or judged. She genuinely listens to how you are feeling and wants to get to the bottom of it no matter what it is! I couldn’t recommend her enough. Seriously 10000/10. She is amazing!!

The quality of each visit depends on which provider you end up with. Some seem like they have no clue what they’re doing. Some are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. 50/50 chance each time you go.

Jenny Ball is phenomenal. She listened to everything word coming out of my mouth and created a treatment plan and has followed it with me. She is the only doctor that I can positively say “she listens” and will give you her best experienced/educated answer. My health was robbed of me a few years ago and she has truly saved me.

I have received excellent care at the Pocatello Community Care. I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the medical team: from the PAs, X-ray Techs and Nurses. They all have been fantastic.
