I went to my appointment as schedule. The appointment as they said was canceled. Which I did not do. They acted like it was all my fault and offered me an appointment the following week. I came to see them because I had a problem not for fun. Lousy service , no compassion. Just a to bad your appointment was canceled and we can’t do anything for you. One star is nice. I would give them no stars.

Idaho Hand Institute is fantastic. This is the second time I've had to come here, last time four years ago, and they are still as great as they were then. Dale and Teigan were great.

Surgery was recommended to get rid of a large bump on my right middle finger first joint and was diagnosed as being gout. Though it has never hurt, it was getting bigger and annoying. It was time to finally deal with it. The surgery was a bit fearful at first but I sailed right through it without much pain or trauma, Just glad to get it finally taken care of.

PA Belnap was very gentle, knowledgeable and kind during my first appointment with him. He explained the results of my X-rays, what treatment and surgery was going to be necessary, as well as information about the procedure and recovery. I found answers on how to successfully address my pain and discomfort during my first appointment. I was shown and given enough information that I trust the diagnosis and treatment options offered.
