His bedside manner is terrible. He is very rude, cold and condescending. No empathy or warmth about him. Never recommend him to anyone's loved ones. Go find some compassion or find a new profession. You give health care a bad name.

He took the time before my procedure to explain my previous issues and his recommendations were explained very well and the reasoning for them. Very pleasant. Prompt to see after procedure and explanation of findings. Appreciated his promptness.

Dr. Wendling is fantastic! I like that he talks to you and not at you. Day surgery was great. I’m very grateful that he is my GI Dr.

He seemed uninterested, bored and as though he could care less to help me. Made me feel my concerns were silly. At one point scribbled a diagnosis on a paper and said to look it up on Google. Told me he had ordered an ultrasound but no discussions of why or what could be going on. Then, after the test, didn’t follow up to help me figure out why I was still having pain. He just had his assistant call and tell me I’m fine. No explanation or next steps. I would never go see him again and wouldn’t recommend him.

Dr. Wendling was a terrific listener. He was thoughtful about my answers as well as my questions, and honestly and clearly described my possible diagnoses. I also really appreciated that everyone in the office was masked and required to be.

Dr. Wendling, and Monica both were amazing. He sat down and talked to me, explained everything. Quite honestly gave me hope where I had really none at that moment. He was exceptional in how he spoke to me. Including giving visual aid as needed. Monica his nurse was just as exceptional in her bedside manner, I felt both truly cared about my well being and concerns. That to me meant more than anything.
