Dr. John F. Pohl is a great Doctor but communicating with his Medical assistants is another story. They are hard to hear when you call in it sounds like they put you on a speaker phone and they don't add the notes in the chart from phone conversations. It took 3 days to communicate that my son needed a different form of the medication he is on because of consistency issues that were discussed at the time of the appointment. The medical assistant after 24 hours from my fist call left me message to call back without a name or reason. When I called back she asked what was the reason for wanting to change the medication form so here I went again to repeat what we talked about per first phone call and then she said she didn't have that noted in his chart. The office staff make the Doctors reputation. They need training done or hire more skilled MA's.
