We had our estate planning done at her office. She and her staff were very good to work with and handled all our needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone with estate planning needs.

My family had to make a will with a trust - we went to another firm but they would only do some of the work. Karen Donaldson was able to do everything we need - great to work with! She explained everything and help us to see what would be best for our family. I am so happy we picked Ms Donaldson for our family estate planning! Thank you again!

This is my second time posting a review and both experiences were pleasant with Karen and her team.The first experience with Karen was about a year and a half ago..."I spoke with other firms in the area about my small legal matter. In response from them, I received a short legal consultation from an attorney that lasted a few minutes. When I called The Law Offices of Karen Donaldson I was greeted by a receptionist who was very patient and kind and set up a call back for the next day. Not only did I get a call from their office on time they asked for follow up information. Brooks, the attorney I spoke with, proceeded with the matter personally. The matter was time sensitive and the firm was very receptive to that fact. A few days later, Karen resolved the matter for me and I couldn't have been happier with the experience."This is now the second time I've worked with Karen and her team, this time on closing a house. Still just as pleased as before. Karen and her team helped me close on time with all the necessary information in hand. From survey work, to vetting the proper documentation, communicating with my realtor, and explaining closing documents during the signing process. All in all an excellent experience would recommend, once again.

Very professional and knowledgeable about all our estate planning needs. Will go back to the team for other needs, should it be required.The team was cost competitive and very easy to worth with.

I reached out to Karen Donaldson's office for help when a repairperson damaged my home and refused to pay for the damage done (ghosted me, actually). Karen called me personally, discussed the issue with me, and suggested that she contact the repairperson on my behalf and see if they would respond. I was not looking forward to taking anyone to Small Claims Court, so I was very happy to try a last ditch effort to avoid having to go to court. I'm pleased to say that she was able to get results very quickly and she was very responsive to my messages when I provided updates. While I hope to never find myself in a similar situation again, if I do, I will definitely call her again. Thank you, Karen!

To began, I feel as though that Dr. Donadlson is an excellent doctor along with professional too. If anyone goes to her, he or she will find that Dr.Donaldson is heart warming,friendly and see that she truly cares about her patients well being. Of course I would recommend a person to Dr. Donaldson anytime they may ask of a good doctor.

dr. donaldson, is a wonder doctor, her concern for her patient is high., for me being a dibetic, she pulls not punches., at first I thought she was hard, I was wrong, she really cares, and opened my eyes to what I need to do for my own health
