List of Pocatello Free Clinic's Reviews
I called at 5:44 for a walk in and this is what they told me we close in 15 minutes and our lab tech guys are gone and we are closed the rest of the week. Hmm mm wouldn't today of all days stay open later because you are closed the rest of the week? Emergencies happen 24/7 and more so during the holidays. Especially helping the disadvantage. Our priorities need to change not to match generational laziness. Im absolutely flabbergasted that the government subsidizes these programs. This is what the person who answered the phone should have said thank you for calling your pfc how may I help you why yes we are open till 6 we are closed the rest of the week due to christmas we are taking walk ins until 6 pm. This sounds important to you just let one of our staff know you already cleared this through the front desk as we are closed for the holiday and understand emergencies arise outside of normal clinic hours yes we would love to get the help you need. I dont understand your serving the less fortunate. This is the job you signed up or volunteered for right? Right? Yes it does get tiresome but in a normal work week you would be in day 2 of your normal scheduled work day. God rewards the ones who go above and beyond their humanitarian needs. I recently put in an application to come volunteer i know I would go above and beyond my duties to make sure every person who come into the clinic weather scheduled or walk-in all are treated with dignity and respect. Lab personell will be the last to leave just like the the Dr,PA or Nurse in charge. Health care needs to change to fit clients not to make government money. Im pretty sure that PFC is a not for profit organization The younger generations need to work on their personal skills. Always be prepared to meet the need of a client even it means staying a few minutes later. The holidays are the days we should be kind and giving
the Pocatello free clinic is a horrible place to get any service.the staff got bad attitude and can't do their job professionally.
Got my teeth cleaned but getting it was a mess and a half. They did really good and made me an appointment to get my wisdom teeth out. I showed up and they are closed for spring break and my appointment time was after they closed 🙃 I'm very upset they were the ones who mentioned my wisdom teeth and taking them out.
Very good personnel.
This place has been an absolute blessing in one of my greatest times of need. All staff and doctors have been patient, caring and helpful. I feel more cared for than I have ever felt at a paid/private clinic.
The doctors are great but seems like who ever runs there front desk never answer the phones and when asked to leave a detailed message never get an actual call back
Good service, free of charge.
It's not what I need. It's what they want to do.
They take great care of me when I don't have health care
After my last visit on getting teeth fillings the dentist gave me the numbing agent and gave me the numb shot and immediately started drilling not giving the numb effect to set in. They had to give me a 3rd dose and cut my lip in the process with the drill. I will not be returning after that.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
