Dr. Fernandez and his staff are pleasant and professional. They treat me with respect and kindness. Dr. Fernandez is very interested in my health and provides directions and explanations in understandable ways. His nurse is great.

This place is wacky. I really like my doctor but the rest is horrible. Today I needed blood work. So im sitting waiting for a blood draw. I wait 15 minutes, no biggie its busy..... they called the people that where there already. But then they start bringing in other people and then taking people that came after me. Its not like its an ER triage situation. My time isn't valuable to them I guess. Its not like I had to actually carve out time to even be there or that I have limited time. So yea I left, they say you can come back and get it done, but let's be honest, that isnt likely. I hope portneuf can get it together. I have doctors that would rather use the skyline place than do a procedure at the hospital because of what they call thr portneuf bs. Most everyone in town that I ask about doctors prefer Bingham. I wonder if its all the little things like this that makes people feel this way. *shurg* This is my original review that I stand by, in fact my update kind of reinforces it. I really love Dr. Webster. I would give this place a zero if it wasn't for him and the medical team. However the staff that answers the phone and the staff that sits at the waiting desk leave a TON to be desired. They are short, curt, and sometimes down right snotty. They pick up the phone and say can you please hold then instantly put you on hold. Now I was always raised with manors and it is extremely rude to ask a question then just move on. Again. The doctor and medical staff are AWESOME! The lady's that work the exit desk are great also. It's just the front desk people.
