These guys r awsome!! Always friendly and there to listen and help u. I have been going here since my first daughter was born is 2007 and have never had any problems!! Dr. Mansfield is great and so r his nurses!
Dr Maynard and nurse Holly are always very caring and supportive at our visits.
They were great 3 years ago but now, no. Now it seems that they just want more money and are trying to force me to come for a second yearly physical before they will refill my prescription for thyroid meds to ballence the levels. There is no reason for me to be physically seen and pay out of pocket for a visit when they did not even check my throat at the yearly physacalin October. The levels are only checked by blood tests and now that my 6 prescription has expired, which should have been a year, my levels are off and can't be checked until I have been on them for 2 months to get an accurate reading, there is no reason to be seen by them. Does anyone know an honest doctor I can transfer to for proper care?
One of the worst phone calls I've ever had. I work at a pharmacy and received a call around 4:30 on a Friday night from an assistant named Whitney who works here and she was very hostile for no reason. I did my best to help her with all of her questions and there was a small miscommunication, but I was only met with a hostile attitude. Between healthcare workers, the bar for professionalism is beneath the floor. Please get the attitude checked before you help more patients and talk to other healthcare workers.

I had worked well with PCS for years with no problems. However, I received a service last year and provided all the necessary insurance information. Instead of using the information I provided, PCS used a former Medicaid number I had on file. Fast forward to 9 months later and I have sent the appropriate documents to PCS multiple times, with clear instructions on how to bill it. I’ve been billed by the lab company and PCS multiple times (at least 4 times by the lab company before I finally got it sorted out) and just received another bill from PCS 9 months after my visit. I’m not even sure if the insurance will honor it at this point, and I have at least two emails proving I sent the insurance instruction documents to the billing specialist at PCS — one when I received the initial bill in May 2024, and one in September of 2024. Keep in mind I provided all the necessary documentation at the original visit. I’m very disappointed and will be recommending family and friends to switch, if only to avoid a similar billing kerfuffle.
Mansfield only will see you once a year and send you to two other doctors that are not MDs. If that’s what you want there it is. I have canceled my appointments with him because of that exact reason. I want a Md that is what my insurance is paying for. But apparently not there. Think twice before you choose him.
Grateful for the thorough exams & kindness of the staff & doctors. Very professional!
My family and I have been seeing Mark Mansfield and his team for over 20 years. He’s been an integral part of our overall health and wellness. What we love about Mark is he’s not just a “check the box” Doctor. We’ve had many instances where he was not willing to stop digging into an illness until he found the source of what was going on. He’s helped us all to put together long term health plans and wellness plans by eating right, exercising, and monitoring our overall health. Highly recommend Mark and his team!
Amazing care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
