Dr. Rolynn and Taylor make a fantastic medical team along with their awesome receptionist Cortlynn. Their team creates a welcoming safe space to address any thing from complex medical needs to wellness visits or med refill check ups. I will continue to recommend this clinic to everyone and anyone who is seeking comprehensive medical care.

I waited nearly two months before writing this review to ensure I could share my experience thoughtfully and factually. I sought care at Prism Family Medicine for hormonal concerns. During my initial appointment, I specifically shared that I believed I was dealing with symptoms consistent with PMDD and perimenopause. These concerns were not meaningfully addressed. Instead, I was told that my presentation “looked like PCOS,” despite my lab work not indicating values consistent with that diagnosis, and I was given supplement recommendations accordingly. More concerning, during that same first appointment I explicitly told the provider that a particular medication had previously caused suicidal thoughts for me. Despite this, that exact medication was later prescribed. The pharmacy did not catch the error. I did. When I informed the office that I would not be returning due to this issue, the provider left a voicemail stating that she is human and that it was a good thing the pharmacy caught it. This response felt dismissive and troubling, especially given that the pharmacy did not catch it and the responsibility ultimately fell on me. I also want to note that I felt emotionally unwell after my follow-up appointment, even before discovering the prescription issue. I called my husband afterward because I felt a heavy sense of distress in my chest and needed to cry. Combined with the medication error and lack of alignment around my concerns, I did not feel safe continuing care. The front desk experience was also not particularly friendly or helpful, which added to an already vulnerable situation. For contrast, the next provider I saw reviewed my labs and age and determined that hormone replacement therapy was appropriate before even seeing me in person. That clarity and alignment were reassuring. I am sharing this experience because medication safety and being listened to are critical, especially for women navigating PMDD, perimenopause, and hormonal changes in their late 30s and beyond. This may not be the right fit for patients seeking careful, individualized hormone care.

The best doctor I’ve came in contact with to date. I have multiple health issues and I’ve always been dismissed. I’ve gone through so many doctors, but she on the other hand actually LISTENS! She’s extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wants the best for her patients. 100/10 recommend! Also huge shoutout to the rest of the amazing staff that brings so much quality<3

Ryan Wolfley is a friendly and attentive provider who takes the time to truly understand his patients’ needs. He carefully assesses each situation and develops effective, personalized treatment plans. I have been very impressed with his care and greatly appreciate his services. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate provider.

Dr. Rolynn and her staff are amazing. I appreciate both Dr. Rolynn’s knowledge and her ability to listen and explain well. She spends time w/ patients so we don’t feel rushed, and she’s providing a much-needed service to communities often overlooked and/or marginalized. I’m thrilled to have found a provider willing to work with me w/out judgment. Those in the Pocatello/Chubbuck area who need a primary care physician should consider establishing care w/ Prism Family Medicine.

I’m not even a patient here, but I recently heard the owner speak at an event. And damn. She’s incredible. It’s amazing to know we have a clinic in this area that welcomes you as you are, without any bias. I switched to this practice and boy, oh boy am I so happy. Jessica and Ryan are both INCREDIBLE and their nurse and front desk gal are just the best. Everyone in this office makes you feel so welcome. This office focuses on every aspect of your health, included mentally. So happy to have the best team!

Dr. Rolynn cares an immense amount about taking care of her patients. If I could offer any criticism, its that she works too hard! ☺️

I’ve finally found a doctor that cares about my health and wellbeing! She listens openly, and is willing to help you attain a better understanding about yourself and issues you may be having! She has shared her personal vitamin list, so that it’s not all about prescription drugs!! To have someone that advocates for me speaks volumes, in this world today! I’m glad my search for a doctor in SE Idaho landed me with Dr. Rolynn!

Truly cares about not only thier patients, but the community. Someone who truly stands up for Trans rights and patient care.
