Dr Brandon West allows his employee to violate the private medical rights of his patients. This employee was supposed to be locked out of her family members accounts due to the multiple violations that were brought up to Dr West but she was not. He allowed her to remove private, vital medical documents (Power of Attorney & other medical records) from my disabled, elderly mother’s account. After multiple times of bringing the violations directly to him an official HIPAA violation was filed. Since then he has retaliated against my elderly, disabled mother, & my whole family. He said to resolve the problem of his employee violating her private medical records he will only allow my mother to schedule on Monday’s when that employee is not working, even though he knows my mother does not have the ability to get a ride on Monday’s. He told her that she should take a shuttle to be able to make it because that is the only day he will allow her to schedule at his clinic as a punishment. She has difficulty walking and talking due to a previous stroke but he expects her to go by herself on a shuttle bus, just to be treated poorly without someone to advocate for her…all due to bringing concerns of privacy violations to him. Apparently privacy is disregarded by Dr West and he will retaliate against you if you bring concerns to him about it. My whole family left due to the invasion of our privacy by his employee. I definitely do not recommend!

S. Harding had so much information about HRT and was so passionate about making sure I understood my options! She gave me a list of books to read before our next visit. I love that so much. She had a great manor with me.

While I already love seeing Dr. West because he is thorough and takes his time and listens, I happen to get scheduled with Shayna Harding for a medication follow up a few months ago, having never seen her before. Based on my age and some of my concerns that came up in that visit, she mentioned she was the hormone specialist and being post menopausal, she suggested some books for me to read and said if I was interested to come back and see her specifically for discussion about that. I did and I am so happy now to be following her recommendations. She is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, intelligent, and inquisitive, and up-to-date on current research, which benefited me because I have been making health decision based on old, faulty studies. I would highly recommend her, especially if you have questions regarding hormones.
